Fitness First Gym — annual membership refund on account of covid-19

I am a member of fitness first cp since last year. I was constantly pursued by its team to pay my 2020 annual fees well in advance and i paid as well. Now that starting feb, 2020 we had covid issue worldwide and i already wrote to them of not keeping fine and seizing my membership and refunding the same. They are reluctant even to reply reminder mails.
Further would also like to mention that since last year i paid 6payments of approx. Inr 18200 each for a personal trainer and about 3500 for diet session too but hardly had any reduction in my weight till date and neither i found myself fit despite being regular exercising and dieting as per their said norms.
