Fitness First Gym — Refund of money and cancellation of membership

I purchased a gym membership at fitness first, mall of India, noida for 15000. But I had to relocate to Pune due to urgency at home. Hence i could not attend the gym services at noida.

I tried calling[protected]and mailing(mallofindia.[protected]@cultfit.in) their desk to discuss my concern and cancel my membership and get the refund back, as i do not have any source of income also. but the team denies to refund the amount.

Instead of cancelling my gym membership they are insisting on paying more 25% fee of monthly rental to freeze my membership, which i do not find a valid logic behind freezing when I don't have any plan to relocate to noida back.

Also they are pushing me to transfer it to some friend or relative when I don't have any friend or relative residing at Noida to whom I can transfer my membership.

I feel stucked as i don't have any source of income and i can't utilise their gym services as i have relocated to another city. Moreover, this looks highly unprofessional as the team is pushing me to pay more charges for freezing the membership.

Team, Kindly assist me in getting my 15000 money back.
