Fitness First Gym — Refund of The amount

I had opted for the PT session at Gold's Gym new bel which remained unavailed.

I would like to have the amount refunded as the PT session was not fact facilitated to me.

I have opted for PT thrice here and none of my experience counted worthy as no diet plan was ever provided to me or BMI or weight management checks were facilated.

And I am pretty sure I do not even have a PT session card maintained.

I have mentioned this earlier too not something new which I am trying to highlight right now

I do not ask for the membership refund but the past PT session for sure coz that I am not willing to avail anymore coz I do not see a reason to.

In case the issue remains unresolved I would like to escalate further.
