Fitness First Gym — wrong charging of fees

I have applied for 6 month package from 1st jan 2017
They confirm we take 4 month fees from your card and give 6 month services
But fitness first charge my card continuously for 21 months in place of 4 month which i signed for 6 month package
Now when i came to know i have paid approx 1 lac extra to them
In between i visited 4-5 times to stop it but they didn't bother and always given excuse like we are off no senior, we call u etc etc
