I would like to raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with a defective temperature bottle received as part of my Fitpass order which I ordered from my corporate account.
Despite reporting the issue to the customer support team and sharing the required details, my complaint has not been resolved. Instead, the support team has been repeatedly closing the ticket without providing any proper resolution.
I was asked to provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. However, as explained earlier, it is not practical for customers to record unboxing videos for every order, especially when there is no visible indication of a defect. In my case, only one bottle from the set is defective, while the others are perfectly fine, and there was no reason to suspect an issue at the time of opening.
Even after clearly explaining this situation and requesting a review based on the available evidence, my request continues to be denied and the ticket is being closed without resolution.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and help in resolving my issue by arranging a replacement for the defective product. I also request that appropriate action be taken to ensure such concerns are handled properly in the future.
