Fitpass — complaint regarding unresponsiveness and non-delivery of promised accessories

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Fitpass. I am a subscriber to the corporate plan, which includes 5 months of online training, nutrition guidance, and fitness accessories. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service team via calls and chats, I have received no response regarding the delivery of my fitness accessories.

The lack of communication and delayed delivery is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request Fitpass to address this issue immediately and provide a clear update on the status of my accessories.
This unresponsiveness is causing frustration and I am compelled to bring this matter to the notice of ConsumerComplaints.in to seek a resolution.
Desired Resolution:
1. Immediate update on the delivery status of the promised fitness accessories.
2. Improvement in customer service responsiveness.
