I recently purchased a Fitpass membership based on a misleading online advertisement claiming an 79% discount for unlimited gym access but they have a [censored] think call FitLite that they use to take money to people absent minded that buy it without realizing that they are getting nothing for 3000 rupees.
Fitpass has an online offer FPLite with an 79% discount .Among these offers is FitLite itself, which is presented with three options that are all online, but this isn't clear in the advertising. The other options are FitFeast, Fitcoach, and FitTV (the only one that is clearly online). The worst part is that when I contacted customer service hours after purchasing by phone, they told me I couldn't change the membership and that I couldn't get a refund either, which I consider a complete fraud

Through corporate plan I took their membership which included a smartwatch on January 10, on February 10 when I proactively asked when would I receive my smartwatch they said that the delivery address is not updated, what we're they doing the entire month. Bought fit pass membership on 1st April and they have made a fool of me. The studios shown on the app are closed or do not have classes. Shown pics are totally different then the actual. Claimed facilities are also not same. First they take their own sweet time to reply on complaints and even after that they are unable to provide any solution to this issue. They don't give active response and just wasting my time by saying that they are keep working on it.
Upon requesting for refund they are saying that they have no refund policy. On what basis they can have this policy. They are doing frauds with people. It's my time money energy and mental peace wasted on FIT Pass

They were showing the gym in our area in the app. I bought the membership with that gym in my mind. But when I visited the gym, they are saying they are not in tie-up with Fitpass since long back. But the gym is still showing in the app. I want my refund. And when I try to reach them. I can't reach them.

They listed so many gyms and fitness centres in their application. So far I tried 3 and all owners refused to allow me and they said that they don't have any membership with Fitpass. No support from customer centre, so far 3 emails sent and disputed 3 booking centres. They didn't care at all.

I don’t understand how can you auto debit someone’s money like that and charge them with a cancellation fee of ₹809 for some people this could be convenient but what about others? This app is not allowing me to unsubscribe from its auto renewal and charging me every month.
The app is freezing and when I tried complaining them, their customer care phone number is unanswered and even my emails are not answered.
Also, They are charging cancellation fee equivalent to the subscription fee even if I cancel early before the billing date.

Fitpass is a subscription based company which lets you access fitness centers it has tie up with.
I have subscribed for ₹999/month plan 3 months ago and have been trying to unsubscribe to the services since 2 months.
The cancellation charges charged by them is ₹809 for just unsubscribing these services.
These charges are unjustified and clear case of fraud.

I had subscribed to fitpass that is an app that has tie ups with gyms/fitness centers. The monthy subscription fee was ₹999 & my credit card was registered with them.
During this covid lockdown i was being charged monthly subscription fee despite of the fact that they could not provide us with the service.
I called up their customer care service & expressed my grieviance & also enquired about the cancellation charges.
The representative with the fear that i will not pay the cancellation charged me the cancellation fee & cancelled my subscription & the cancellation fee they charged me was 1 month service charge of ₹999.
This is so unfair because i hadnt requested for cancellation as i will be using the service in future hence why do i unnecessary pay the cancellation charges & now subscribe again...
They are cheaters hence please deal with them strictly & get my money back... Plzzzz
