Fitpass — Non Delivery of the promised product since 60 days

Through corporate plan I took their membership which included a smartwatch on January 10, on February 10 when I proactively asked when would I receive my smartwatch they said that the delivery address is not updated, what we're they doing the entire month. I updated my address on February 10 and they said it would take more 25-30 working days but today 28th march more than the committed date haven't received my watch yet. Neither they are picking up call nor they are responding over the chats
