Dear Fitpass Team,
I am extremely frustrated with your unprofessional conduct. When I joined Fitpass 3 months ago, the gym in my area had 20 slots per cycle, which suddenly dropped to 10 without any warning. Now, after taking a yearly subscription, I find it's further reduced to 5 days! How can you alter membership conditions without prior notice? This is utterly deceptive and unacceptable, especially after customers pay based on your promised terms. I demand immediate clarification and a solution to this unfair change.
