Bought fit pass membership on 1st April and they have made a fool of me. The studios shown on the app are closed or do not have classes. Shown pics are totally different then the actual. Claimed facilities are also not same. First they take their own sweet time to reply on complaints and even after that they are unable to provide any solution to this issue. They don't give active response and just wasting my time by saying that they are keep working on it.
Upon requesting for refund they are saying that they have no refund policy. On what basis they can have this policy. They are doing frauds with people. It's my time money energy and mental peace wasted on FIT Pass Was this information helpful? |
