I had subscribed to fitpass that is an app that has tie ups with gyms/fitness centers. The monthy subscription fee was ₹999 & my credit card was registered with them.
During this covid lockdown i was being charged monthly subscription fee despite of the fact that they could not provide us with the service.
I called up their customer care service & expressed my grieviance & also enquired about the cancellation charges.
The representative with the fear that i will not pay the cancellation charged me the cancellation fee & cancelled my subscription & the cancellation fee they charged me was 1 month service charge of ₹999.
This is so unfair because i hadnt requested for cancellation as i will be using the service in future hence why do i unnecessary pay the cancellation charges & now subscribe again...
They are cheaters hence please deal with them strictly & get my money back... Plzzzz Was this information helpful? |
The same thing is happening with me too.
They are charging ₹809 rupees as cancellation charges for ₹999/month pack.
I don’t get it..what is this cancellation charge for?
Why am i being charges for stopping a service?
Additionally, i have never ever given them the permission to auto-debit from by registered credit card but still they are debiting it every month which i cannot stop without paying the cancellation fees.
These are fraudulent practices and should be taken action for immediately.
