Flaberry — Ordered flowers were not delivered | |||||
Hi, order #[protected] Ordered a bouquet with Cadbury celebrations attached on the eve of Rose day, Feb 7, 2017! the delivery date was clearly mentioned as 7th Feb with a time-slot of 4-7:00 pm. The Flaberry company failed to deliver the product on time and on the same date. we are on 8th Feb and still no response when called the customer care # +[protected], which looks bogus to me. the Live chat on website is another crap to it where none replied with an auto message popping up every time you refresh. The customer support mail system is not working. gave me an error when submitted a complaint: "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later". The track order tab is either broken or fake which is stuck at processing for more than 15 hrs. can somebody please suggest what can be done? Do we have a reimbursement process? On 13th I have ordered flower bouquet and it's expected to deliver it on 14 but it's not delivered and there is no response from customer support and no reply on emails.. I still didn't any email and I didn't get my money back.. Please help me on this
