Dear sir/madam,

I had first time purchased mmoto e4+ mobile in flipkart (Availaible in flipkart only) when purchsing time showed two items for add, i added.
After that delivered to me, i had checked phone i wonder selected sms deletiing & recent call searching is not available iin that phone (It's exactly main basic feature in every phone) immeaditly i had intimated for take return with two added accessories.. But till to today not get response properly. I had given single * review after that last night called one customer care they told to me 'plz go to settings and give update then will be problem resolved' if not solved your problem again you can select to return option again.

I do the same but problem is running same then i visited to site for return, mircle they had removed refund & replace option then how can i connect..?

Finally i had requested for call, called me.. Now told as per seller policy they didn't take return..! Otherone thing is flipkart is not customer faveor they only sellers faveor compare to other online website like snapdeal, paytm it's totally different.

In track order option they don't have other reason for replace/return (They selectd reasons only there) return option completly not there. Customer support very very worste..!

Now i'm very very dissopinted with fipkart (In my 1st purchase)
I wish to return all my ordered product if not agree i'm ready give my all items as a gift to flipkart md/ceo they can use my ordered items i will be more happy..

I want md/ceo addres for sending my items for gift.. Plz provide me.
