[Resolved]  Flipkart — concern regarding non-delivery and lack of response for order od[protected]

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order (Order No: OD[protected], placed on 24th September. I contacted the delivery agent regarding the delivery, but he refused to deliver the order. When I asked if I should cancel it since he was denying delivery, he responded affirmatively and disconnected the call.

Since then, I have not received any update or response from Flipkart regarding the status of my order. It has been several days, and I am concerned about the lack of communication and resolution.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my order or the refund process.
