Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery and continued delay of a product ordered through your platform.

Detail of Delivery Issue:
The original delivery date of the product was 10th November 2025. But it was not delivered on 10th November due to unexpected reason. Then the delivery has been re-scheduled on 11th November 2025. I was not received any call from delivery person but I received a message from flipkart as “We tried reaching you, please call delivery executive today.” I call him back within a minute, but his mobile was out of network range. When I tried after 4 times he received my call. Then he told me that he will deliver the product by 6 pm. I tried to contact him on 6:30 PM 3 to 4 times, But, then I received the message as “Delivery attempt failed as delivery executive couldn’t reach you”. I didn’t understand the way of your service.
Delivery person’s highlighted issues:
1) Sometime the delivery person is just calling for one time or some time not making call, but updating the status as “customer couldn’t reach”.
2) Delivery person putting their phone on “Aeroplane” mode, due to this customer not able to contact with him. Then the delivery got re-scheduled again and again.
3) Delivery person refusing the delivery of the product at door step.
4) Sometimes his behaviour is very rude or very arrogant.
If the call not connect, it is mandatory for the delivery person to deliver the parcel to the address given by the customer. Only if the customer is not at home, the delivery should be rescheduled. The customer gives his home address only for the purpose of ensuring that the delivery of his product is done without any hindrance. The customer takes leave from home for that parcel or makes someone present there, as he needs that parcel for his important work at that time as well. But you are rescheduling it for a frivolous reason (call not connected).
1) You are not doing any favours to the customer by delivering this parcel. On the contrary, your company gets work because the customer asked for the parcel and you get your fill, so you should be ashamed of your behaviour.
2) If you are not able to do such work, then leave these works.
3) If at some time the delivery is rescheduled for some important reason, the customer also understands that. But every time our valuable time is wasted due to your incompetence.
4) And which rule says that if the customer does not pick up the call, you should not deliver the parcel, please answer me.
I have following examples of your ridiculous service. It was happened severally with my following products, due to this many time I have cancelled my orders.
