Sir, I have make order of coolpad a8 on 03 june 17 but i have received empty box on 06 june 17, i immediately lodge a complain with your executive and he has assured me that the problem has been resolved before 19 june, i repeteadly call your executive for early action on it as i have pay the payment in advance, the assure about the early action but no action has been taken on or before 19 june. Then i have received a massage on 19 june that we will resolve your problem on 20th june, then again i have make call to your exicutive on 20 th june and he assure that today itself we will resolve your problem and refund your payment.
