Flipkart — A product purchase

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart for deficiency in service and failure to honor a return request despite repeated follow-ups and escalations.

Facts of the Case:

The product was delivered to me on 23 May 2026.
A return request was raised on 24 May 2026 within the eligible return period.
The pickup was scheduled to be completed by 27 May 2026.
As of date, the pickup has not been completed despite multiple commitments from Flipkart.

Throughout this period, Flipkart's portal has repeatedly displayed incorrect status updates, including statements that the customer was unavailable or that pickup attempts were unsuccessful. These updates are factually incorrect, as neither was I contacted by the pickup agent nor was any genuine pickup attempt made.

I have made numerous efforts to resolve the issue through Flipkart's customer support channels. I have spoken with multiple customer service executives, senior customer service representatives, and escalation team members, including Deepesh, Roopa, Feroz, Anchal, Anas, Devraj Gupta, Shivangi, Satad, and Junaid. I have also written to Flipkart's grievance and escalation teams and escalated the matter to senior leadership. Despite these efforts, no resolution has been provided.

Multiple tickets have been raised for the same issue:

Despite repeated assurances, promises of callback, and commitments regarding pickup, the return remains pending. The company has failed to provide any effective resolution and has caused considerable inconvenience, loss of time, and mental harassment.

I request that appropriate directions be issued to Flipkart to:

Immediately complete the return process and refund the amount due; or provide an alternative resolution as per their return policy.
Address the deficiency in service and misleading status updates provided on their platform.
Compensate for the inconvenience and hardship caused due to the prolonged delay and repeated failed commitments.
