I am writing this to escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue related to my return order OD[protected] for the product Pandaoriginals NTORQUE PREMIUM TRIKE TOY, which I had to initiate a return for due to:
Missing items (nuts and bolts)
No installation manual
No manufacturer/company box (critical for warranty)
The return was approved and scheduled from 1st June 2025, and since then, I have faced a highly unprofessional experience with your pickup services. The designated pickup person has repeatedly arrived on a two-wheeler and claimed he could not carry the item due to its size—this excuse has been used three times by the same person without any resolution.
Despite multiple escalations to your customer care teams on 4th June, 7th June, 14th June, 17th June, and further follow-ups, I have only received temporary reassurances that the item would be picked up "within 24 hours." However, no action has been taken to provide a proper pickup solution, and the same cycle of false promises continues.
This negligence has caused me not only mental stress but also financial inconvenience, as I am being denied a rightful return and refund due to issues that are entirely Flipkart’s responsibility. The lack of accountability from your logistics and escalation teams is unacceptable.
I request the following:
Immediate arrangement of proper pickup with a suitable vehicle.
Written confirmation of pickup date and time.
A gesture of compensation for the repeated negligence and time lost.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
