Motorola qled. Defective product. No refund

Poor and bad service from flipkart. I received defective product motorola qled. Got delayed delivery. Installation person came 2 days late. At the time of installation, the person told me that, product is faulty and defective and he sent photos to that effect. Thereafter I called flipkart customer care and told that product is defective at the time of installation.

Received old product from Flipkart

I had ordered a water purifier, but I received an old and used product. I shared the photos with Flipkart, and they initially offered a ₹1, 023 refund for the scratches, which I did not accept. After that, they agreed to provide a replacement.

However, my main concern is that the actual product should be fulfilled by Omnitech Retail, but the one I received was delivered by Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd., which raises doubts...

Not delivered my production since one month

After long time they have cancelled my delivery saying it's untraceable

I had ordered a Livguard tubular inverter battery with my credit card, but the order was canceled by Flipkart (reason: the seller was unable to restock the item). Then why is Flipkart promising fee collecting for all orders, and why is it listing not available stock products? That product price is currently 11062; the price was increased by 2423. Delay by 14 days in delivering a product

On 22nd September 2025, I placed an order with a same-day delivery promise. As of 1st October 2025, the order is still undelivered.
The latest update says delivery will only be attempted by 6th October 2025 but till now didn't received the product.

Not giving the product and not returning the amount

Hi team,
I have purchased the crompton water geyser in flipkart on 25th September 2025, till now I have not received the product nor they are return the amount.
Customer support doesn’t have any information and saying we have escalated the issue and it will get resolved.
Every day they are changing the resolution date without any proper justification.

Non delivery of an order

I ordered a JBL charge 5 speaker (order id OD[protected]from Flipkart on 29th of September and the delivery date was second of October, but the product did not reach me and the date got extended by fifth of October.
