[Resolved]  Flipkart — About return of products and technician visit in containment zone

Hi I ordered vivobook Asus laptop from Flipkart but there were display flickering and on off issue so I raise a return request but my reason for return was damage item and also packaging was worst because carton was unsealed when I got it because I don't know the details about it, but after pickup the delivery partner denied to approve further because reason doesn't match, so they told me raise another return request with defective reason because your product is defective, so I raised it, But my product is with delivery partners I am taking it back today but thing is that the area society where I am living they Did not allow to take product home before 24 hours, and now it is showing technician visit will be done on 2nd September but my society Did not allow anyone to enter in because it's a rule for my company under which I am working and living. So kindly solve my issue and I don't need my 2nd hand product which will go for repair and all I paid the huge amount for this worst item, woow Flipkart you are really showing your truth, I am very disappointed and never ever shop with Flipkart.I am sending the proof and the defective item too.
