I purchased tactware salf organisers (Silver steel dabba box) canister 001 order id-no. Od[protected] date on 14.08.2020 product deliver and pay 1174 rupee by me flipkart company date on 20.08.2020.
When i opened it. I found a wodden piggy bank instead of my original produt. So i complain to flipkart company please fast action this company's.

    I have been an account holder in flipkart for the past 6 years. I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart on 6th august 2020, order details are as follows

    Lenovo ideapad core i3 10th gen - 14iil05
    Order id od[protected]

    Order received on 8th august 2020. After checking the product i found that the laptop is faulty because of the slow performance and battery draining quickly. Then i made a return request on 13th august 2020 for the laptop through the flipkart account, please note that the only option available for me at that time was 'return'. Friday (14th august) onwards i was continuously in contact with flipkart customer care. The response i got from customer care was, a technician from lenovo will come and check the laptop and verify the issue that i raised. Customer care executive promised me that, after the issue confirmation from lenovo technician the laptop return will be accepted and refund will be initiated. After waiting for 6 days (From 13th to 19th august) the technician from lenovo came to my place and did some debugging and confirmed the fault. Then i contacted the flipkart customer care again, the executive told me that flipkart has not received any confirmation from lenovo. The next day the technician from lenovo visited again, this time he opened the laptop and checked and found that the promised 4gb ddr4 ram is not present in the laptop. At this point as a customer i felt cheated. I contacted the flipkart customer care again today (21st august 2020) and informed my concern about the laptop and the seller, who is trying to do a serious scam using flipkart platform. Finally the customer care executive assured me a return and refund.

    After all this struggle i faced, today i received another update from flipkart saying, the laptop can not be returned but can be replaced. I request flipkart to look into this issue, since i got a promise from flipkart customer care that if the laptop found faulty the same can be returned and a refund will be initiated (Many times) without any delay.

    I do not want a replacement for the following reason
    1. Lost the trust in the seller, since the seller tried to cheat me by providing a fake product.
    2. Flipkart customer care has promised me that the laptop can be returned and refund will be given if found faulty.
    3. Already ordered and received a dell laptop from flipkart since i trusted flipkart customer care for the return and refund.

      Address: Flipkart Internet Private Limited Vaishnavi Summit, No 6/B, 7th Main, 80 Feet Road, 3rd Block, Koramangala, Bangalore – 560034

      OD[protected] order id. The order was delayed, one day it was out for delivery and the status was delivered (on14th Aug 2020). I thought may be to meet deadline they have marked it, will deliver later. Then, I raised issue via 'Need Help'. After a lot of mails and calls, on 20th Aug, the delivery boy came to my address saying he has lost the package and begged to acknowledge as I have received the package. My family asked to let him go, but if the package was really lost, why didn't he came before marking fake delivered status, again he marked it as delivered. Still there is no refund, no item delivery no resolution. Pathetic third class customer support from flipkart.

        I registered a complain through mail and voice also against flipkart login issue. They unable to solve my problem. And take 20 dayd plus time and they did not provide any correct information regarding my issue. I got a mail 15 days before due to high return generate ur account will block when i asked him to give me last order details then they told me we r not provide u. They are bluffing me i m plus member of flipkart and they are telling lie. So i am requesting to please solve my issue

              There is some spots on the screen for which i need a replacement of the product. Hp polices as well as flipkart policies says that the any electronic item will only get replaced and no refund options is available. But i don't know why the seller is giving only refund option and flipkart is allowing such sellers against their own laws. Also i requested a call back from senior department for may be 10 times bt no call had been received by me.
              Must say flipkart and its service both are sick and they need help..

                My name is viknesh dakshinamoorthy.
                I have ordered the ps4 slim 1tb from your website on 5th aug 2020.
                My order id : od[protected]

                The product was initially promised by flipkart to deliver me by 13th aug 2020, but i didn't received my product so contacted the customer support team they escalated my issue and promised me that the issue will be resolved by 20th aug 2020, and today is 20th aug 2020 and the product is still not delivered.

                I contacted your support team again this morning and the actually don't know the status, for all my questions they have just one same answer as "we understand your concern sir, your issue as been again escalated and our backend team is working on that please wait for 24-48 hrs and your issue will be resolved"

                Please be consider this as my final friendly complaint from me.. And resolve the issue within 3 days (Your team asked me 24-48 and am offering one more day)

                Still my product is in Bhiwandi location only, not yet moved a single inch.
                Then how or why my complaint status changed to resolved?
                Isn't that cheating? You could mention that you are working on that case, without taking any action why do you changed the complaint status as resolved one?

                I tracked my order on both Flipkart and ekart websites . Flipkart said that the shipment reached my nearest hub and yet to be delivered but Ekart logistics says that my product is still in Bhiwandi. Which one is true?

                Even I already complaint in this forum but that complaint marked as resolved but it is not resolved.. till to date I didn't received my product and no action taken so far.. all I get is only a fake promise and they are pushing me day to day..
                Like initially it's 13th aug and pushed to 21st aug and 23rd aug and today 25th aug now again asked me to wait another 24-48 hrs.. I don't know how much another 24-48 hrs I need to wait to get my product be deliver .this is the worst ever experience from Flipkart. Because of this mental pressure I felt like committing suicide

                The customer care called me on 22nd and said the product will be delivered within 24-48hrs and 24th their backend team called me and said that within 24hrs the logistics team will contact me but still now am waiting for more than 48 hrs no one called me.. it's 26 aug today. And still my product is in Bhiwandi. And Am in Chennai :( when I contacted their chat support no proper response they says like we are working on this please wait for 24-48 hrs.. it's really making me depressed .

                  I have orderd for redmi 8 mobile on 7th aug 2020 which supposed to deliver to me on 11th aug. But i did not receive my order on promise date, so i raised a complain regarding late delivery, then they reschedule my delivery date to 14th aug. Again i did not receive my order on 2nd time of promise date. I again raised a complain then they give me new delivery date of 21st aug and still it does not seems that i can get my order today also.
                  I want to know that who is responsible here and who is going to pay for trouble from which i went through. I have order mobile because i need to work from home and my total dependency was mobile. So can anyone one tell me what should i have to do from here onward.

                      I ordered narzo 10a from flipkart on 17th July 2020. Amount deducted from bank but flipkart keeps showing that payment was not confirmed by bank end.I consulted from my bank and they are saying that payment was successfully done to flipkart.Real problem start from 16th August when this order is not in my order section of flipkart and customer care keep saying that this is invalid order.plz help.i am also sharing my previous chats with flipkart customer support in which they assured me that i will get my refund within 16th August

                          Delivery delay and not despatching it after it reached bangalore mother hub

                          My order was supposed to be received on 20th august is still in transit.
                          The item has reached Bangalore but haven’t shipped from there to Kerala yet.

                          There were 3 updates at different time on same day that the item has reached Bangalore motherhub. Though it has reached abangalore on 20th morning, the produt it not despatched from there to next location.

                            Delivery boy always refuses to deliver to our address. I have ordered motolola one fusion plus on 10th august 2020. My order number is od[protected]. Delivery boy asks us to come and collect from a shop which is 3kms away from my home or tells us to collect from the courier which is 12kms away from us. He did the same thing with this order. When i told him to deliver to my address he didnt contact me further and i got a message that he tried to call me but i refused. Infact he didnt try to contact. I called customer care and they told that issue will be resolved. And i got a call from the delivery boy after this and then he asked me for the address thats it then no calls. I got a message that my item has been cancelled because delivery boy could not deliver. I need the product not refund. Please take action against the delivery boy. Though my address is a village address the road is really good and there is no containment zon e here.

                              I have purchase laptop from flipkart and seller cancel the item after payment. When i ask for refund no one listening and no one refunding my money back to me. Every one playing from last 3 month. I am suffering from financial condition.

                                Above order of thomson tv is received to destination on13.08.2020. From that day onwards i am continuously speaking to your local vendors, but they are not responding well.
                                On august 14th i approached them. They told that today is raining and we will not handover tv.
                                After 2 days after rains stopped, i called them, they told that it is not possible to dispatch.
                                From that day onwards almost 9 days. No one is responding.
                                How can we trust flipkart with these local persons. Today also i called them but as usual they are telling, they will dispatch tomorrow.

                                  Meine flipkart se 09 june 2020 ko moto g8 plus mobile purchase kia tha jo ki mujhe 12 june 20 ko receive hua same mobile of charger work nahi raha sahi se and mobile bahut heating issue create kr raha hai 1st day se meine meine same day replacement k liye mobile ko flipkart mein request raise kr di flipkart ne tech visit arrange kia.

                                  1st technician visit detail:meiine usko bataya ki mobile mein heating issue hai while charging he said "sir heating issue toh koi bhi company company nahi krti " i said him even when i use whats up mobile kafi heat ho jata hai woh bolta hai sir third party like whats up sab use kroge woh v hum cover nh krte woh hardware ka ek test krke chala gaya with in 4 min 23 sec

                                  problem solve nh hue mera flipkart ne replacement cancel kr dia again mein request raise kia again technician arrange hua woh same woh test krke chala gaya.

                                  Flipkart wale ne mujhe 2 months tak aise hi new dates dete gaye i was torced by flipkart with their fake commitments with i have proof call recodings

                                  bahut hi try krne k baad again 17 aug ko technician visit hua technician aaya meine usko bahut request kia aap mobile ko charge par laga kar check kro but usne refuse kr dia just 2 mins ka hardware test krke jaane laga meine bahut request kia usse woh den bolne laga aapne mobile damage kr dia hai jab ki mein vidoe attach kar raha hu aap dekh sakte hai koi damage nh hai just uss par dust laga tha ...Tecnician started misbeahving with me bolta "aapko jo karna hai kro aapka mobile replace nai hoga " rude behaviour.

                                  Abhi meine flipkart ko yeh sab problem batya toh unhone bola again tech visit hoga meine unse pucha are you sure iss time mera mobile return ho jayega he said ha sir agar techician visit cancel ho gaya pakka ho jayega i have recording proof .

                                  Flipkart ne woh tech cancel kr dia and woh bolne lage ki aap motorola service centre jao but mera mobile 1st day se hi issue mein hai.

                                  Inka seller hai savadika retail private limited jisne ki bahut logo k saath fraud kia hai iske khilaf bada action lena chaiye yeh log phone ki jagah par talcom powder and stone bhi bhej dete hai .

                                  Please aap meri help kre mujhe mobile ka replacement krke de .

                                  I am falling under replacement policy it's your responsibility to give me replacement this issue have problembs from day when I received.

                                  Cousumer court kindly look into matter I am using this heating phone from day 1 I received and any incident and injury occur due to this heating phone will be raising big case against flipkart they are just negecting my issue.
                                  I want case against flipkart with all evidence of mentally harrasment and fake commitments .. I can give you all the evidence
