I am facing refund issue, on 28 july 2020 i order a smartphone (Infinix smart 4 plus) from flipkart then after 30-90 minutes flipkat shows that your is not placed i am totally shocked i conversation with flipkart agent and they said that your amount is refunded within 24 hours i waited. On the day 29 july 2020 i go flipkart app and see that your amount is transfered in original payment mode by 10 august i again totally shocked and still waiting for 10 august i am frastrated.
Yesterday was 10 august and i am so excited because today my amount is transfered in my account but that not become true i call on flipkart coustomer care no and tell's that total matter and that's said please contact you bank, and bank said contact to flipkart.
After all, my money is not returned yet
Please take action on my problem

    I am placed a order on nov15, 2019. Product nameis us polo assn sleevless jacket but my product was missing. Regarding this i am raised a complaint for refund and my return request is created by flipkart agnet but after some time account has been blocked. But i am not stop fighting regarding this issue and on jun22, 2020 at 3:10 pm i am recived a mail from flipkart in this mail clearly mention my flipkart account has been activated by flipkart but regarding the product flipkart not provide any resolution so i am again demand it after this i am recived a call from flipkart esclation department and say your issue resloved in 24 hours but i am not recived any resolution regarding product and my flipkart account again deactivated by flipkart. Flipkart clearly cheat with me. I am again request to flipkart proceed my refund as soon as possible otherwise i am take a legal action on flipkart beacuse i have all the proof regarding flipkart fraud.

    I want my refund as soon as possible

      This is my order number of flipkart

      I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

      The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

      This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

      Please take this back all and refund my money back

      And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

      I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

      And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation

      I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

      I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

      And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

        This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

        Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

        Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

          I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

          I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

            I have placed an order on 5th aug 2020 for the asus laptop and flipkart has claimed that order will be deliver on 9th august 2020. Today is the 11th august and product has not been received and no one has bothered to handle the issue. From 7th august the order is showing in transit and it is in nearest hub. What should i do now..?
            Is the 50, 000 worthless or what. I need immediate assistance from flipkart or else i will file an fir against it. Because i tried customer care site, customer care calls but did not attended anyone.

                    I ordered motorola tv from flipkart and it was delivered on 29th july. Installation date given was 1st august but they cancelled and rescheduled on 4th august. Again they cancelled. On escalating master with flipkart, they told max by 10th august issue will be resolved. But today is 11th and no response from flipkart nor the installation team.

                          Hello, i ordered (Od[protected] poco x2 on 8th of aug and till now the shipping hasn't started.
                          It still in processing and the payment is done.

                          The seller, truenet commerce, seems to have a history of such complaints but i still ordered it as it was flipkart assured.

                          So flipkart, please tell if you can deliver the item on time or not.

                            I bought asus rog 3 phone from flipkart on 6th august, 2020 around 1pm with full payment through credit card.
                            Seller is - truenet commerce
                            But, next day i got a notification that my order is cancelled due to limited stock.
                            If i am able to generate order fully. Product was not showing out of stock at that time. Seller took 2 hours to update product availaibility on flipkart after i placed order. He must be doing black.

                              Sir i order a item airtel dish tv hd order no - od[protected] on 26 jul 20 and the delivery date was 30 jul20 but item not reached on time and extended the date of delivery on 03 aug 20... Same issue arise and dod on 06, 10 and now on 14 aug 20.
                              No of time i talked to customer care for cancellation of item but the item was not cancelled. Please rectify the issue.

                              Sir now see the theroy now delivery date from 30 jul 20 to 14 Aug 20 and today now I got msg ..there will be unforseen things again a d delivery date will be on 19 Aug 20..

                                I placed the order on august 6th. They promised to ship the order on 10th. But on 9th the date changed to 11th. Today as of in writing this the date is 11th and it still has not been shipped yet. Very disappointed with the poor service. I paid the full amount and i feel scammed.

Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

                                      This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                                      I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                                        I ordered shoes from flipkart where i wrongly select size 8 in place of 9, therefore i called customer care request them to update my order and change the size only but they denied to do the same and told me please order again and cancel the current order, which is not possible for me because i have purchase 5 pair of shoes under big saving days and also got icici card 10%discount if i cancel the said order i will suffer losses and the purpose of purchase is difited please do change your policy where one can change the size of the ordered products only not the product also i have intimating you before the product shipped and confirm by seller so it will beneficial for both seller and buyer so the refund and replace/ exchange will not take place and the shipping charges cost to be reduced.
                                        Please look into the matter and update my order before it ship.
