I had ordered a dslr camera from flipkart. And it was damage on the arrival due to improper packaging done by the flipkart the delivery executive were also very clever he just hand me over the parcel and mark it deliver before i rejected when i ask them that it is damaged he said that it "return daal dena" it was delivered to me on 4th april 2019 and i had requested for return for three times, every time they rejected my return request stating that my issue has been resolved over the call, but nobody has contacted me yetevery time when i contact flipkart that why my return request has been rejected they said that seller has not mention any reason for rejecting the return request we will file it again don't worry and it's been the 4th time i'm there file the request nobody has contacted they are just doing fraud with the customers i just want to file an fir against flipkart and the executive who are involved on a call with me while contacting on flipkart for return in ipc section 420.
