I ordered a phone on Thursday, 28th March. Then I received a message that the product will be delivered next day.
Another message on Friday from ekart said about shipment delay. Now it's monday and I haven't got my order.
I am highly disappointed in flipkart delivery service.

      I was a regular customer of Flipkart, and I am a student. Hence I have done a lot of purchases from flipkart for my friends and colleagues. But they thought that I did so for reselling the products and hence blocked my account. But even without prior clarification in this issue how can they block me. When I contacted the concerned customer care team they said a 2 days time to resolve this issue and still now I am blocked.

        below are the 2 orders which we received on Flipkart
        Pls note that these 2 orders (OD[protected] and (OD[protected] we had received orders and we dispatched the consignments as per buyers requirement

        For unknown reasons both the buyers cancelled the order and returned back the consignments but when we received the consignments back we were surprised to see that the products which we have received does not belong to us and both the parcels which we received back the contents were in used condition which is totally unacceptable to us

          Dear Flipkart,

          Delivery person is not taking back the phone for exchange because of some white dot on the back case. This dot came by using the mobile cover.

          The delivery person sent a photo of my backside of mobile to his mobile checking officer by whats app. how will he decide by looking up only the photo?

          I given for the exchange by reading your terms and condition only, in that this kind of reason is not there. Even i can't accept this silly reason is given by Flipkart.

              Again and agaun flipcart creats a lot of problem in my pay later accoung. Recently my some problem in my pay later account was resolved after many days by flipcart but again a new problem occured.. Recently i purchased a smartphone asus max pro m2 price 11999.. Payment method was partially that was rs.3900 is from cash and rest amount rs.8099 is from pay later.. Due to some problem in smartphone i returned the product and flipcart initiate my refund. Rs.3900 is refunded in my sbi account but rs.8099 is not refunded in my pay later account.. I already complaint regarding this issue to flipcart but they always told me only one thing please wait 24-48 hours.. I totally mentally harassed by flipcart.. Their service becomes worst day by day.. May be i never use flipcart any more..
              For more reference i upload some screen shots of my paylater account statement.

              Till now my pay later refund amount rs.8099 is not reflected in my pay later account and today is 1 april and my paylater bill statement is generated ..worst service by flipcart.

                Two days ago i ordered a mobile from flipkart for my cousin. After few hours i got message that my order is shipped. And after an hour i got message that my order is cancelled by seller as each user should get equal opportunity to buy the products.

                I called customer care and asked details, customer care executive don't had any additional details, he just iterated what i received as cancellation reason in message. I said i have order this phone for the first time how can you give such reason. Then he took my complain and asked for 2 days as resolution of complaint.

                Yesterday evening i received a message that my complaint is resolved. I checked my email, and there was email that based on my purchase trends i am using this account for reselling so i will no longer be able to login the flipkart.

                What the hell is this? I made an order 2 months ago in january-19 and then next order was two day ago. How it can be for reselling purpose?

                I am using flipkart for 5 years..in my family and friends i am the only tech savvy person and they ask me to order mobile/laptop for them with best configuration and deals. Even my orders are not delivered at a single place.. They are all delivered at different places.. How can i resell items directly in 3-4 states without getting them at single place.

                This is pathetic observation of flipkart customer team or their automated risk engine, even when i called customer care today they said thanks for being a flipkart plus member. Wow.. You ban the flipkart plus customer first.

                Flipkart sends tons of mail and notification through app about new deals and offers and when customer buys them you say this is for reselling we will disable your account. That's pretty cool. I am using amazon same way.. And not a single order is cancelled like this.

                  I placed an order of 8 items for a total of rs. 3713 on flipkart yesterday (31.3.2019). The money was debited from my account yet the order was not placed. As you can clearly see from the screenshot, the money was transferred to flipkart from my account. Till now there hasn't been any sign of confirmation or even communication regarding this.

                  I placed the order yesterday night and i am shocked that, even after 12 hours, there has been no communication whatsoever regarding the transfer of money or the placement of the order.

                  I would highly appreciate a clear response stating that they are working on my order being confirmed or my money being refunded. Instead of being left in the dark, wondering if its even taken into consideration.

                      I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart on 25 oct 18 with ₹99 buyback guarantee scheme of 7000₹ on same brand and 5000₹ on others. On purchasing time flipkart assured guaranteed buyback value. But now they are giving 5000₹ buyback value for same & other brands. Why they changed buyback value is question. Its seems to be fraud. When i asked to company executives about this, he told me that buyback value is upto 7000₹. But flipkart gave assurance of buyback value and doesn't mention such kind of condition on purchasing. I am filing complaint in consumer court. And when i ask for company address for sending legal notice then they totally denied for security reasons. I am an advocate and i know what action i should be taken against flipkart and their seller for breach of contract, breach of trust, cheating, not provide company address, immpersonation schemes and other malpractice of business. See you in court.

                          I bought a product named as iraya japakusum hair oil from flipkart by COD so i recieved my parcel on 30th march i.e yesterday. While opening the package i made a video proof to get surety about the correct product. I opened the parcel but i found iraya arunshika nashak hair oil which was not the oil i have ordered so i called flipkart coustmer care they said that the oil i have ordered is out of stock but when i ordered it, it was in stock. They must have been told me that it is out of stock but instead they sent me another oil. Even i have another proof (the bill) written the correct product i have ordered hence its fault of flipkart staff so i demanded for refund but flipkart executives asked me bank details which i told all but at last they asked me OTP which is not legal to tell to anybody. Telling my OTP might lead to a fraud as the OTP is asked to verify bank details. So i cant get my refund. This is directly flipkarts fault if not resolved i will go to higher authorities or consumer fourms courts. As i cant tell OTP. And flipkart is not solving my problem. Now its not obly a matter of money it is the matter of your fault of giving different product with different bill

                            Since a week my flipkart account has been blocked without any proper reason. I have tried contacting their support on social media, they never gave a proper reason.
                            They said account has been suspended due to heavy number of return requests.

                            But, throughout the year 2019 i have placed 12 items and returned only 2 of them due to quality issues.
                            Moreover since a month I haven't ordered anything on their platform.

                            Know I'am their customer for more than 5 years.
                            I am a plus member of flipkart and collected over 48 plus coins(by ordering on flippy platform).
                            Now due to the deactivation am unable to utilize the benifits of those coins.

                            From the forum, I request to flipkart to provide the proper reasons of this action.

                            Her: I'm so sorry, systems has freezed your account and you can't login.

                            Me: You can't block any account without any proper proofs of misuse.

                                Given wrong AC installation date and customer care is not giving any solutions. Flipkart is asking us to talk to Vendor[protected] and vendors are asking us to call Flipkart. We are getting treated like football.
                                From last 5 hrs we are trying to get solutions and called CC multiple times but no one is interested here to help. I think, once customer has paid the money and purchased the product, Flipkart motive is complete and least bothered after sales.

The quantity of the order is 115 ml only. Even the price in the box is also removed (tried) but canbe seen on the bottle. This is the second time it has happened with me. Kindly remedy it. If this continues, i guess it would be a waste of money to buy from your site. I am enclosing the image of the perfume that was delivered to me.

                                    I have purchased a sofa set from flipkart with cardless credit emi.But When I received that sofa there was so many insects on the sofa and the sofa was broken inside then I requested to return that sofa and the technician has visited to my house and he said, I was right about that sofa and the sofa will be returned.After that day I can't login to my flipkart account till now and I can't even check the returned process and I have contact so many times to customer care.They only said, I have to reply to a mail and i've done that but nothing happens.I have to pay some emi to flipkat for my mobile, If I can't login to the account, How'll I pay that emi? and what will be done to that sofa set?
                                    The technician called to his senior from my mobile and the call has been recorded and I can provide that.

                                    Customer raised a complaint complain regarding exchange product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the seller's policy the product is damage marks on the device & can't be accepted as an exchanged item. Hence closing this case from our end.

                                    I don't want to exchange that product.I returned the product and the technician has visited my house and accepts that the sofa was damaged..and I can't login to Flipkart account till now.

                                      I was sold a fake product. After that i tried to reach the customer care but it was all unreachable. I have no clue about my order i'd so i donot know whether it will be returned or not. I want the entire money to be refunded as it is a case of breach of trust. I was sold a product which is only worth 400 or 500 but i had to pay 4300 rs for it. Thank u

                                        Here's a complaint from a tv (Vu premium smart 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led smart tv (32d6475) which i have bought from flipkart on[protected].[invoice number :# fabbmr[protected]] from past few months i am getting a problem with my youtube i made the complaint thrice the servicemen came, checked and corrected the fault but again after few days the same thing is getting repeated.
                                        Complaint ;
                                        Youtube of the above mentioned tv displays a dialogue box as "you are accesing to an unsafe website"
                                        If the power supply is gone then again it becomes the same (Dialogue box).
                                        So i request the person in charge to look forward at this complaint and send their servicemen or replace the tv.
                                        Firstly the servicemen have said to connect the wifi using mobile hotspot then the youtube is working and alright. When the power goes off each time i have to connect using my mobile hotspot instead of my broadband connection. (There is no problem with my broadband, i have consulted them and verified if there is any problem with their network, no. They instead said that it's a problem with the the tv.) why this problem appears these many times i dont know.
                                        So i want to get the servicemen to my home and fix this isuue without any repetition. If it repeats i want a replacement of the tv.
