A particular app named ntes is not working on my phone through railwifi. As i work on railway station on post of station master. My whole work is done with this app. On the other hand it properly runs on my colleague mobile. But it is not working on my mobile. As this mobile become useless for me. I request you kindly replace my mobile or refund it.

    The discounted prices of books like pradeep's fundamental physics class 12 vol.1&2 and pradeep's new course chemistry class 12 vol. 1&2 are pretty high on flipkart as compared to the discounted prices of same books in the local market. The discount on flipkart is around 5-10% while the discount in local shops is 20-30%! Please increase the discount offered!

      I have purchased a story book from flip kart on 14/03/2019. My order id is od[protected]. I payed through internet banking for that product on the same day rs.100/-. But on 15/03/2019 when the delivery boy came he charged rs.100/- again as he said they have not received any amount through online against that. So i crossed check to my bank and it shown that the amount is already sent to flipkart.
      Will you please tell me how can i get my money back? I have already paid 200/- for the 100/- book

      Customer reverted again so as per customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance.         I ordered cameleon facial strips which costs me rs.194.

        But they delivered a # disposable waxing strips which costs around rs.90.

        Flipkart cheated on me you are a cheater i want my product which i ordered or at least give me back my money for gods sake.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on (25 Mar 19). However after replacement also customer said he received again same product customer was ready to refund the amount, customer was not sharing the bank details,
        again when tried calling customer on her registered number on (29 Mar 19) at (12:26 pm) but we were not able to reach customer. We have sent an mail in your registered email Id, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.

          I am providing the last email sent to flipkart which will clear the points to everyone.

          Dear team flipkart.

          I am running pillar to post talking to different customer care executive.
          As per on flipkart app the solution was promised by 18/03/19 by 12:30 pm and all i get is that my number is not reachable where i am getting calls on the same number but it's only not available for flipkart strange.

          I am keeping all the emails and communication for reference to proceed for filing a case in consumer court and will also see the possibilities of filing a pil against flipkart organized loot which is happening through exchange offers.

          I am going to write a complete experience so you can better understand the issue and come out with a solution.

          Ordered a poco f1 for my son the amount was paid by card it was mentioned that if the phone has the following issue it will not be picked up and still can take new phone by paying the complete amount.
          The checklist of issues that the exchange phone should not have as per your website is

          Products with the following issues will not be picked up:

          Power issue - not switching on
          Dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the screen/display
          Crack on the screen, light emitting from the side of the screen
          Crack on the panel, dents in the body, swollen handset and buttons missing
          Charging port damaged

          The executive from flipkart came to my office to check the mobile i want to get exchanged. Here will like to bring to your kind notice he did not have anything to test a device he does not install any device to check hardware he was not having any technical knowledge he said a word with someone on phone and then said phone has an issue so can't take the phone he was unable to show what was the problem with the phone.

          I will like to bring to you notice that i got my phone checked by local mobile repair shop and also from oneplus service center and according to them phone has no issue it is a scratches phone with no marks nothing on screen no hardware issue.

          I reached to customer care by requesting a call back on phone no one has a solution all they have is a language we will resolve the same in 3 days.

          I had a word with customer care thrice and all have the same thing to say then flipkart app on my phone start showing that will provide the solution by 18/03/19 by 12:30
          And another surprise is when i got an sms that my phone is not available so flipkart will get back to me after a few hours where i am getting all the calls.

          It shows you don't have any priority to resolve the case.

          What i have understood from all this is i am mentioning kindly correct me if i am wrong your reply on this is very much required.

          To increase the sales flipkart offers exchange offers and i am sure it increases the sales my many folds.
          Flipkart has a 3rd party contract who pick up the old exchange devices or they have it direct if it's a direct flipkart pickup then it’s an organized loot by flipkart if its 3rd party then they are spoiling the name of the flipkart, in any case, it’s the responsibility of flipkart to take care that 3rd party does not refuse anyone without reasoning something like a report of testing should be provided.
          As indian consumer any product when bought for the love once hold a sentimental value and seems
          Flipkart is playing with those sentiment and making big money. When some one order a mobile and he is refused an exchange even when he knows that his phone has no issue, he can’t do anything he can’t see his love one for whom the mobile was ordered in bad mood so even if it’s very difficult for them to arrange money they do and get the mobile by paying money in complete. So, in maximum cases will be happening flipkart is making money and the consume is suffering to find out the truth will see if rti on total sales done by flipkart in exchange can be asked and from where it can be asked.

          I need and demand my right to get the poco f1 on the same price and flipkart should acknowledge that they will take care this does not happen to anyone.

          Kindly clear the following point so in case i am not provided poco f1 phone on the same price which was rs 9299/. The kind of harassment and mental torture it was dealing all this should get it free of cost from flipkart but all i am asking for a rightful price and an acknowledgment that they will take care that same does not happen to others.

          2 an organizational structure with email and names to reach them in case there is no action from flipkart.

          3 does your company come in rti act kindly provide details of the person to whom the rti is addressed.

          It’s a proven fact now that Flipkart is making customer fool with exchange offer.

          On my Complaint flipkart organized loot with exchange offers

          I was approached by flipkart on phone and they requested to send mobile pictures again which i sent and they said the phone has a dent on the side which was not there.

          I purchased a mobile on Amazon in exchange and i got a new phone the person who came to deliver the phone checked my exchange phone which was the same oneplus 3t refused by Flipkart.

          Now flipkart can say that it’s there call and they don’t find the mobile in a condition mentioned on flipkart website . But question remain unanswered

          1 why no one from Flipkart came to check the mobile even after repeated request.
          2 They are mentioning problems which mobile or any exchange item does not have.
          3 Local mobile shop and oneplus 3t service center say phone has no issue then why flipkart refused.

          They are increasing sales by offering exchange offer please don’t buy from Flipkart we should have a consume form created where some professional be volunteers to file PIL against Flipkart also ask them questions like.

          1 How much sales are happen in exchange offer.
          2 how much exchange sales are refused
          3 How many of the refused for exchange customers paid the complete amount to get product.
          4 How much is sales are done without exchange offer.
          5 How much is the sales in exchange offers

          If someone can come in front and expose company like flipkart it will be doing good as it’s a social cause where Indians are made fool.

          Our Govt is running behind individuals who have done fraud and left country but doing all this they forget that there are companies like flipkart who are doing fraud every day, every hour, every minute and every second and this fraud is done by companies on which they have no check the kind of money they are doing with this organize loot is much more then what other defaulters have done.

          Will request that we consumer have to try to buy products from local shops and don’t let the company like flipkart make us fool. Don’t let companies like flipkart steal your hard earn money.

          I am also attaching screen shot of oneplus 3t taken by amazon.

          I hope people read this and few people stop buying from Flipkart and when someone is refused a product in exchange denying the exchange product they return the product don’t buy from flipkart.

          I hope some NGO or a social organization will read it will come forward to rescue Indian consumers from this organized loot by Flipkart

            I had ordered a phone on exchange. The delivery guy whom this flipkart term as "wish master" made me wait at home taking leave for the whole day. The ekart delivery guy took the old phone inspected it. After some time he came back to me saying that he can't accept the phone as it has some microscopic issue with the back cover. Let me be clear in the below link

            It is mentioned that only 2basic checks will be performed one is whether the phone is in working condition and the other is whether there is any damage to the display. That guy was really ridiculous saying that he will accept a phone with a dent or even screen damaged.
            My phone is in working condition and there is not even a scratch on the display. And why is this happening...

            Iam unsure why flipkart appoints such guys who are technically unsound and who really behave very rudely with the customers?
            I happened to walk in to the nearest authorized mi service center where i got my mobile evaluated by. On evaluation i was informed that the mobile was totally perfect.
            Is flipkart having an unwritten rule that only recently purchased mobile with in a week are only exchanged. If so flipkart can really do away with this exchange. Not making people wait with no purpose.

            How come they have the authority to deny the product...???... Unfortunately the phone that i wanted was available on flipkart..
            If not i would have gone for amazon which would be hassle free...

            After all this this... Flipkart people made me wait for 2 more days to contest my views and finally comes saying.."the seller has initiated cancellation and you can reorder some other product.. Blaaah. Blaaah blaaaah...

            Hope flipkart takes care while recruiting the so called"whishmaster"
            I really had held flipkart in high regards for their easy to by policy etc but now i had to change my mind and infact do negative proganda among my friends and family circles not go for flipkart

                  I have facing problem for last one month.. Flipkart sellers was cancelling
                  My orders for invalid reasons from their side, i complained so many times
                  Through calls, mails, social media but flipkart didn't help me once..
                  Continously taking 48 hours for further help for last 10 days.. Flikart
                  Checked every facts and told me that cancelled order happened from sellers
                  Side so no need to worry.. Every time they assured but nothing happened
                  Till now.. After my complain to flipkart blocked my account for their fault
                  Which they accepted.. My account is almost 7 years old, i have my pan
                  Adhaar everything linked to flipkart, also around rs.30000 amount in emi
                  Cardless credit and rs.1000 gift card.. I told i have my emi and outstanding before 14 march, but
                  Didn't took it seriously.. Everyone just taking 48hours for further
                  Assistance and assured me your problem will be resolved in next 48 hours..
                  But nothing happened.. I called, mailed so many times about this but no
                  Solution from any department of flipkart.. Now i can't my open my account
                  For last 5 days.. I have to pay emi before 14march.. Who will be
                  Responsible for any problem regarding my any future problem with my pan or
                  Adhaar or bank account or credit score?? No one answering this question.. I
                  Am harrased for flipkart's fault.. I have call recordings, mails for proof.. Now, my flipkart's cardless credit service is also blocked by flipkart, they gave me reason that "maximum number return" but i can guarantee on this i haven't returned that much products that flipkart has to block my account.. Flipkart can count my all purchased details. My account is 7 year old. Didn't faced any kind of such problem before.. Today 17march i got an another call from flipkart and saying "sir we need more 24 hours to update on your case and you can't login your account in future.. That means my 7years old account is gone just like that".. My request to flipkart please solve this issue and activate my account asas that i can pay my outstanding..

                        Such a worst experience i have ever had with you guys there is no proper co ordination for installation. I don't know foul language to call you people. Product delivered 3 days ago there is no installation and no communication from the flip kart fellows after so many follow ups people are telling that it will be installed by next day, its been so many next days still no installation.

                        I will suggest all of the people not to opt flip kart for electronic goods.

                        If needed i will sue this.

                            Hi i am regular customer of flipkart but recently regarding my returned product they haven't refunded after their deadline then i called many times they kept me on wait after that they mailed and sms me on 17 march 2019 a link to update my bank account details for refund as they said that account details were incorrect, i said no they are not incorrect as i recently received my other product s refund on the same but if you insist i will update. But for updating i need access my flipkart account that you blocked they said they will resolve issue of account access asap but today 17 march 2019 they mailed me that they will not allow me access my account, that in itself mean that they will allow me update my bank account and as per there say they will not refund also. What kind of behavior is this where they will keep product and money of product with them. They are firstly cheating customer then looting them no credibility of there words. Plz look into matter and please refund asap.

                            On 14 I called them they said they escalate the issue as refund was to be done by 13 so due date is gone by so we escalate on high priority but then on 15 they sent link to me on my number 805459**** so that I can update my bank account but as I told you before that they have blocked my access to my Flipkart account so I couldn't open my account to update my bank account hence they indirectly keeping my money with them by having excuse of account updation on one side but on other not letting me update it by stopping my access to my Flipkart account.so they are fooling me around.

                            On 15 March 2019 they mailed me
                            We would like to let you know that the refund for your cash-on-delivery order for Oxolloxo Casual Half Sleeve Solid Women's Grey Top with order ID OD[protected] has failed due to incorrect account details and we have sent you an SMS to your registered mobile number that contains a link where you are required to fill in your account details for the refund to be re-initiated. Once the details are filled in the link, the refund of Rs.314/- will be automatically re-initiated and you will be able to see it in your account within 5 business days from the date you fill these details.

                            In case, you face any issues get back to us for further assistance.

                            Then on 15 I called them and told that are you kidding, if I can't access my Flipkart account how can I update my bank account., they said they understand issue and further escalate it as customer can't update the bank account details as the Flipkart account login is unsuccessful or blocked.

                            Then on 16 I called twice in morning and evening they said be patient they are working on it and now on 17 March they mailed me that you account has been blocked and you can't access anymore .ok then ask them how can I update my bank account details and have refund.or you want me to oblige you with my product and it's refund also.
                            When you put a policy across it shouldnot be biased, it should be mutual. You can block someone from further purchase, but how can you retrospectively enforce it on 30 days return policy by taking my right away of 30 day return that I can enforce on each product separately till it ends, if you do so then you are breaching 30 days return policy by blocking my account that's too without my knowledge and prior notice.When while opening my account you needed my consent then why when came the turn of blocking, you became the king. Also you took away my right of refund after my return .no authority in country will support you on this biased behavior, you are illegally manipulating you terms and conditions that you can't prove in any court of law as it only talk about you and you, it's you who made them, implement them, manipulate them.

                              Hi i m regular customer of this site flipkart, but recently i was out of station and on my behalf someone received all my parcels on the way. When i came back i found that few were not fit to me and few they sent wrong either in color or size so i have to return whole brand of it but then flipkart blocked my account by saying that i can't return all of them and blocked my account without my knowledge.                               What kind of customer friendly/ protection policy is it, where is there promise of 30days easy return, don't i have the right to return my product even if they are more in number.. Flipkart has right only not to further sell me anything, but they don't have right to breach their contact of taking there product back with 30 days policy. Very bad unprofessional behavior. Plz authority in charge, i plead for the justice, i want to return my product and there due date is closing very soon, but i can't access my account as they are not allowing me, keeping them with me is useless. As few of them are not even what i ordered. That's completely rude, waste of precious hard earned money, and time. This gives me mental agony as the are harssing me by there one side policy. Please help me asap

                              ---- I have few products there return policy date was 15 March 2019 which I couldn't return as they blocked my account and taken my right away of 30 days easy return.similary few products have there date till 18 and so on, but they intentionally are doing it so that I can't return my products, what all they can do if they feel that I m returning more is stop letting me purchase further but how can you stop me from returning already purchased products.in your policy it isn't mentioned that one can return only this much or not more than this. If I m not satisfied, I can return as much as I purchased.                                 I ordered a sofa cum bed from flipkart priced at rupees 10, 064/- on 31st march 2019, it was delivered on the 15th of march 2019, the piece was old, used, dusty and battered. It had no bill, no tags, no plastic cover, only covered with a dirty sack (Bora). We called the customer care and they refused to help us with the refund.
                                We would like the bed to be returned and the money refunded, we have been harassed for the past two days waiting for the wish master to come and pick it up. Due to some pin system, which was randomly implemented. I could not even call to know a tentative time for the pick up. The customer care executive is unable to help and resolve this problem. We have been waiting for hours since two days, for the pick up, which i had to reschedule because of the persons inefficiency.

                                I am now a very harassed customer, i need a refund now. I don't know who the seller is, i am using flipkart, and it is their responsibility to take this up seriously. If i don't get this problem solved, i will take this matter up further.

                                I have added photos of the pathetic state of the sofa cum bed that has been sent to me and i hold flipkart responsible for allowing such sellers to misguide the customers and not taking any responsibility.

                                  I bought asus zenfone max pro m2 delivered on 17/03/2019 by exchanging my asus zenfone max but in the process of exchange the delivery buy denied accept my old one showing the reason the device is not perfect and charged me an amount of rs.1, 550/-. It is not fair. You people are misusing the facility of exchange offer. I am constantly purchasing products through flipkart. If this kind of behaviour is being done with me, i shall think differently. No one will use exchange offer for his/her new device. Now matter is in your court. I want to request you to take my old device and deposit the amount of rs.1, 550/- to my flipkart account at the earliest.

                                      This is nithin, i'm srry to say that i'm very much disappointed with your service, last 12th march 2019, i ordered a product from satyam kraft my bottle classic series 300ml bottle,
                                      Bottle price 234 +
                                      Shipping fee 55
                                      Total = 289.
                                      I received the product today on 17th march 2019. The product i ordered and received is totally different not even a bit related. Cant be adjusted everytime with you guys. Please check with the dealers and the orders. My humble request is please dont tie up with these fake sellers.
                                      That bottle i received which is not worth for 50rs itself, i need a solution for this, can you help me to get the right product or else shall i return and try with some other online. The bottle i received is shown below.

                                        After installation of the voltas ac at my location in changanacherry, we have noticed that the technicians has not closed/covered the hole drilled on the wall for the outlets from the split ac towards the outside unit.

                                        Usually the drilled hole outlets are closed/covered/pasted with plaster of paris after the installation work is over.

                                        The above step of covering/closing the outlet drilled hole was not carried out.
