[Resolved] Flipkart — absolutely unprofessional behavior | |||
I ordered 10 items on 23rd september 2019 and the delivery was to be done on 25th september 2019 in the morning. Next day they changed the delivery date of their won to 26th september late evening. However, nothing has been delivered till date and except one message that new delivery date would be communicated soon, there is no update. Customer care listens to complaint and proclaims that they have escalated the matter but there is no action on the ground. I even lost the opportunity to purchase from amazon or big bazaar during this festival season sale. Was this information helpful? | |||
