[Resolved]  Flipkart — ac installation charges

I have bought 2 split ac’s from flipkart order id number od[protected]

Now while purchasing the installation and delivery cost was showing free just like the image i am attaching below and once the order got shipped i got a call stating that i have to pay rs 1599/- for 1 ac. Which is 3200 for 2 acs for which i called them and they started replying we don't have any such offer right now because currently its showing paid installation. Now again i tried to check the ac with different pin code which is attached with this content which is showing free installation and delivery just like it was showing at my location. Which means the installation shows free before ordering and after placing an order its shows chargeable. Even in my case same thing happened while ordering it shows free installation and after shipment it shows paid one. I have images and screen shots for the same where in again i have placed an order where the installation was showing free before ordering and after ordering it shows rs 1599. This is very dirty tactics they are playing now i have asked them to return the product and refund my money for which they said they will not return it. Neither they will give me fee installation now this entire experience has given me psychic cost which i am going to escalate every were
