Dear Sir/ Madam
This is regarding the repeated hassle that a genuine customer has to face after buying a product from Flipkart.
Undersigned bought Bluestar AC order ID :
OD[protected] and the same was delivered on 19.5.2026 and the installation was scheduled on 20.05.2026. However till date the same has not been completed. Always call is received from the service technician from Jeeves and I told him to come and I am available for the installation of the AC unit. Further the same was confirmed in Whatsapp prompt from Jeeves. However the installation request has been rescheduled to 24.05.2026, then 25.05.2026 with the caption as per your request. This is ridiculous as a technician Sh. ... was already assigned and I clearly instructed him to come that day itself but in vain.
A complaint has been raised with Flipkart regarding this whole incident but no resolution has been provided yet.
It is cleary has gone beyond the acceptable limits for a customer to buy a product and then the product is not installed and also the same is taken back so that it could be bought from local vendor. The money is kept on hold by the company and we have to run after them for no fault of ours. The audacity with which these people talk is also worth mentioning, it is full of arrogance and informed that it shall be dealt as per company policy only..
It is once again requested to provide installation as soon as possible or else the product maybe taken back. Was this information helpful? |
