[Resolved] Flipkart — account blacklisted for cancelled orders and I am unable to pay cardless emi | |||||
On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018. After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address. And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous. I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time. On which he said raised a complaint and the answer i got in 24 hours is that my account has been blacklisted for unusual number of cancelled products and i will not be able to login to my flipkart account ever now. But no resolution received for the payment. Since then i called on flipkart customer care 8 times, and each time they raise a complaint and request me to wait for 24 hours and no resolution of my issue comes. Even though i asked that i don't want my account but atleast provide me some alternative link to pay my dues on time because i had no idea that why the product is getting cancelled and i had no idea that it may lead to my account getting blacklisted. Now i am getting calls, messages and mail reminder to pay my dues but i am unable to do anything. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Please sent me link to pay my December installment, just like you people sent me for October and November.
I am unable to contact flipkart via email, through which I got the links before. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
