[Resolved] Flipkart — account blocked after adding balance

I purchased and added 1300 gift card balance to flipkart wallet for shopping. But after adding gift cards they blocked mine account saying that i used unfair means. They used unfair means by blocking my account after adding balance. I want mine balance back. Please help me regarding this. Mine blocked account details are:

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to account login issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed that your recent request has been canceled d as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token Of Apology program. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
