[Resolved] Flipkart — Account blocked and I have to pay Flipkart Pay later | |
Recently I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine which I got was different on size from the mentioned details. I have requested the return request but they rejected it without mentioning the reason for rejection. I again raised the request and the result is same. Finally after some time when I tried to login into my account it is showing it as blocked. I contacted the customer care but I no response. Now I need to pay the Flipkart Pay later bill as it is pending on 05/11/2021. If I haven't cleared it then it will effect my CIBIL score. I request you to unblock my account or provide me with the alternative to pay the bill. I don't want to pay any penalties or something like that. Was this information helpful? | |
