My Flipkart account was blocked around June 9-28, 2026, citing "irregularity of payment" following an internal investigation. No specific transaction details, date, amount, or policy violation was disclosed to me.
I made a legitimate UPI payment for a Realme smartphone in June 2026, verified through my bank statement. The payment failed a few times due to a network issue before finally succeeding - a common, non-fraudulent occurrence. I used only my own credit card and gift cards purchased directly through Google Pay.
Since the block, I have emailed Flipkart's Grievance Officer, Nodal Officer, and Privacy Grievance team multiple times with no response. I also filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline, which forwarded my case to Flipkart - the company only provided a generic, copy-paste response with zero specific details about the flagged transaction.
This reflects a serious lack of transparency and violates the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which mandate timely and specific grievance redressal. I am seeking a manual review of my account and reactivation if no fraud is confirmed.
