I had placed an order with Flipkart on 17 August 2025 . Later I cancelled that order. I had paid for that order thru Google Pay(Infinix Micro USB Cable 2 A 1 m, 18 Watt…..)But Flipkart is claiming it has issued a refund amount being Rs.150. But till today I have not got the refund. Since we have ordered a new laptop in exchange of old laptop, the delivery boy has no idea how to check the old laptop and keeps on postponing the date of delivery and on eleventh day he said we need to pick it up from his office, hence we denied the same as we have ordered the new laptop for home delivery.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my prepaid order for a washing machine placed on 1st October 2025. At the time of purchase, the product was promised to be delivered by 7th October 2025. However, as of today, the item has not even been shipped, and I have received no meaningful updates on the delay.

I placed an order on October 5th, 2025, and it was shipped by Shadowfax (Tracking ID: SF[protected]F).
The item reached Alappuzha delivery hub on October 18th and even went out for delivery on October 19th, but it was marked “Delivery unsuccessful”.

Since then, no further update or delivery has been made. The status only says “Retrying soon” and “Expected by 21st Oct”, but I have already waited over two weeks...

Poor and bad service from flipkart. I received defective product motorola qled. Got delayed delivery. Installation person came 2 days late. At the time of installation, the person told me that, product is faulty and defective and he sent photos to that effect. Thereafter I called flipkart customer care and told that product is defective at the time of installation.

I had ordered a water purifier, but I received an old and used product. I shared the photos with Flipkart, and they initially offered a ₹1, 023 refund for the scratches, which I did not accept. After that, they agreed to provide a replacement.
