Order not delivered and not cancel only show out of delivery

Respected sir,
I book a motorola g45 phone by flipkart at date 18/06/25 and he promised delivery 23/06/25 but till date order not delivered I complaint again and again but flipkart customer service tell me your adress and pin code not matched but I see in google he show that address pin code same as I show in delivery address. I tell him please Cancel my order and refund my money he is not clear my any fullfillment

I am writing this to escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue related to my return order OD[protected] for the product Pandaoriginals NTORQUE PREMIUM TRIKE TOY, which I had to initiate a return for due to:

Missing items (nuts and bolts)

No installation manual

No manufacturer/company box (critical for warranty)

The return was approved and scheduled from 1st June 2025, and since then, I have faced a highly unprofessional experience with your pickup services. The designated pickup person has repeatedly arrived on a two-wheeler and claimed he could not carry the item due to its size—this excuse has been used three times by the same person without any resolution.

Despite multiple escalations to your customer care teams on 4th June, 7th June, 14th June, 17th June, and further follow-ups, I have only received temporary reassurances that the item would be picked up "within 24 hours." However, no action has been taken to provide a proper pickup solution, and the same cycle of false promises continues.

This negligence has caused me not only mental stress but also financial inconvenience, as I am being denied a rightful return and refund due to issues that are entirely Flipkart’s responsibility. The lack of accountability from your logistics and escalation teams is unacceptable.

I request the following:

Immediate arrangement of proper pickup with a suitable vehicle.

Written confirmation of pickup date and time.

A gesture of compensation for the repeated negligence and time lost.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Item returned, but refund not received.

    Dear Flipkart Grievance Team,

    I had placed an order on Flipkart for the book "Neetu Singh Volume 1 (Bilingual)" which was delivered to me via Xpressbees with AWB Number[protected].

    The order value was ₹411, which I paid via UPI on 31st May 2025 at 09:03:52 AM (UPI Ref:[protected]. Unfortunately, shortly after delivery, my Flipkart account was blocked.

    Due to this, I am unable to:
    - Access my order details
    - Return the product
    - Request my refund

    Please either unblock my account or provide an alternate way to return the product and initiate the refund process.

    2. Courier delivery message showing AWB number
