[Resolved] Flipkart — account blocked for too many returns

My account is blocked mentioning too many returns placed by me.

As i can recall the exact products which i returned were of 2 orders.

1st: 4 books in a single order. When i opened the box it was not having any books in it. But when tried returning the products, flipkart was not raising the return for the entire order, they were raising request for 1 book at a time, which made me to call them for atleast 4 times and raised a return request. But as i see the total return requested i made was around 5 or more for a single order alone.
Still i havent received the refund of 2 books for this order.

2nd: lenovo ip350 laptop with 8gb ram and 1 tb hdd costs 42000/-. I received the laptop but it was having just 4gb ram and also the laptop was having dents which is the reason i requested for a replacement.
I did receive the replacement but even that laptop is having just 4gb ram.

When i tried returning the laptop, flipkart blocked my account and i am unable to raise the return of the laptop.

I tried calling the customer care (Both executive and supervisor) but they say they are helpless as the issue is with the back-end team.

Now, my account is blocked and i am unable to return the order and i have bill of 42000/- in my credit card which i have to pay for no reason.

No effort was made by Flipkart to solve the problem. Even I tried to contact them but Flipkart cares nothing to solve the issue!!

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Consider some serious response at-least rather than same old copy paste response.

Expecting the unblock at the earliest.

I'm not able to return my product. I ordered black adidas black track pant but instead recieved grey adidas track pant of same price @3999. Now m not able to login to request the return.
I mean what kind of behavior is this from flipkart side ...first they gave the wrong colour product now i have been logged out. 3999 Rs is not a small amount.

I had ordered a kurta of 824 and received a completely different kurta ..when i tried to return it, they are straight away rejecting the return request..What kind of behaviour is this..First you send wrong product and then you reject the return also..when I called the customer care about this they are telling we can't find your account then i came to know they have blocked my account.. Earlier also they sent wrong products and i had to return..I am a plus member with a huge numbers of super coins which indicates how active i am and how many products i buy..I have been a regular customer of flipkart.. they have worsen their service.. I want my account back..
