Flipkart — Account blocked unethically

I ordered my gaming laptop on 14 june 2020 and on that that i got an email that my account has been blocked giving reasons of an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

+ this is completely wrong because returned items in this year is only one item.
+ even you check for previous years also there is not more 3 or 4 returns which were due to quality issues.

Another thing that was mentioned in your mail was that my recent order {od[protected]} has been cancelled.

+again wrong.. My last order id is od[protected] which has been successfully delivered yesterday and there is no order pending.

— as my account has been blocked so i am not able to get my bill of my laptop from the account which is clearly an offence as not providing me the bill is againt the rights of consumer.
Due to i also can't claim my laptop's warranty.

— even after replying to the customer support mail 3 times i am getting same automated mail. (Attaching the screenshot)

Hi, We'd like to let you know that your recent order {OD[protected]} has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 02 Jun 20 and should be reflecting in your account by now.

This is to notify you about a problem I am having with the customer care service of flipkart. The following series of events have happened as follows :

- Got a notification on 12 June, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

- To be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 June, 2020 (order IDs - OD[protected], OD[protected] which were cancelled by me (because I found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.

++ Regarding my returns, this year is only one item.

++ This is very disheartening as I have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than Rs 1 lakhs.

-- I have contacted customer care executives many times and written emails many with proper facts but I have been getting the same automated replies and not listening to my reasoning.

Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting you to unblock my account.
