Flipkart — Account is blocked, I asked for invoice for old order, they refused

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart, an online retail company, regarding unfair treatment and denial of service.

I had placed an order through my Flipkart account [mention your registered email/phone number] and recently contacted their customer support to request an invoice for the said purchase. Despite multiple attempts, the company refused to provide the invoice, stating that the order was old. I believe this is unjustified, as invoices are essential for record-keeping and warranty purposes.

Following this request, Flipkart abruptly blocked my account. This action has severely impacted my access to previous order records and any related support. Today I requested them to provide me Invoice for my old order. They refused stating that the account is blocked and we cannot do anything about it. Please note I was not asking to unblock my account. I was just asking them to provide me invoice for my old order which I don't have access to. This I consider unethical and in violation of consumer rights.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter and direct Flipkart to:

Provide the invoice for my old order.

Ensure fair treatment of consumers requesting basic services.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
