      I ordered a product from flipkart and the delivery date given to me was 08 april 2025. My order didn’t reached to me till 12 april. So, as it was written on the flipkart’s website’s terms and conditions, “they will provide compensation equal to the amount of product for delayed delivery”. So i called flipkart customer care for same, but they denied. Flipkart gave me new delivery date ” 15 april ”.Didn’t received the product till 16 april. I got tired of all this, they didn't solve my problem.

        I bought SAMSUNG Galaxy S21 FE 5G from Flipkart (Order number - OD[protected], which was delivered on 26th Dec 2023. Currently, I am facing some technical issue in the product for which I visited SAMSUNG Service Center. They aaked for the Invoice of the product. I am unable to find the invoice of the product under My Profile->Orders.

          order not received for tracking id: fmpp2977351013

          Order was supposed to be delivered on 10th April and still not delivered on mentioned date and not any update from Ekart Logistics and it has been 2 days went and still not delivered.

          Customer Care Assistant does not help me too much.

          I have Order Realme P3 5g Mobile on 9th April.

          Flipkart, please help me to get my order soon....

          Hello,

          I booked a flight ticket via Flipkart on March 26, 2025, for travel from Kochi to Frankfurt on May 6, 2025 (Ethihad). The booking details indicated a 7kg cabin baggage allowance and a 30kg check-in baggage allowance. After verifying this information multiple times, I proceeded with the booking.

          However, upon receiving the ticket, I noticed that it only included a 7kg cabin baggage allowance. I raised a complaint on March 27 and provided all the requested screenshots showing where I saw the 30kg check-in allowance.

          Despite this, I was informed that there was no technical glitch and that my ticket only includes a 7kg check-in baggage allowance. Yet, Flipkart continues to display the 7kg cabin and 30kg check-in baggage allowance for the same journey.

          It has been over 10 days since I raised the complaint, and the responses I have received suggest that I am either bluffing or providing current screenshots. However, I submitted the screenshots on March 27.

          This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering that purchasing additional check-in baggage costs ₹5000 per 5kg, while my ticket was supposed to include 30kg.

          I would like to have the shown check-in luggage included in m ticket. luggage.

            I have placed order Samsung s24 FE in flipkart on 06/04/2025 where the price was constant untill delivery price was ₹41999/. i have payed 99 extra for flipkart for Secure Packaging Fee
            when the Order was delivery on 08/04/2025 around 3 PM And in same day around 7 pm price was at ₹40999 it decrease to ₹1000 rupees
            In early morning 09/04/2025 at 7 o clock when i open flipkart portal price was ₹39, 999 with in 12 hrs price has got decreased to ₹2000
            i have spoken to regarding price Difference issue they are not ready to refund ₹2000

            However, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are protected against unfair trade practices. For instance, if a product is sold above its Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or minimum retail Price, both the e-commerce platform and the seller can be held jointly liable. Additionally, there have been cases where e-commerce platforms were directed to compensate consumers for unfair practices, such as failing to deliver a product as promised.

              I have been a Flipkart customer for more than 8 years and have been struggling with my last order number OD[protected], placed on March 4th with a delivery date of March 6th. Neither the order was delivered nor the money was refunded despite multiple complaints raised and multiple follow-ups with Flipkart. They keep on sending emails with a promise to solve the issue in a couple of hours, but nothing happens.
              When I contacted the call center on April 7th to inquire about the status of my refund, I received an overwhelming 20 feedback emails within just five minutes threatening me.

              On April 8th, I received 4 missed calls from Flipkart numbers[protected] and[protected] from 6 pm to 6.16 pm. I understand that they have a policy to close complaints after three unsuccessful attempts hence, the call center representative was making missed calls to my contact number.

              I still request Flipkart to refund my money asap and cease all miscalls immediately.

                I ordered a product on Flipkart. The delivery representative called and instructed me to pick it up at a designated location. I went there, but he wasn’t present. When I tried calling, he blocked my call and marked the product as delivered, even though the payment had already been made online.He cheated me and I lost my money

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am writing to file an official complaint against Flipkart (www.flipkart.com) and its associated service partner Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd., for their failure to provide the installation service for an air conditioner that I purchased through their platform, despite repeated assurances and follow-ups.

                  Details of the Complaint:
                  Product: Air Conditioner (AC)

                  Order Date: 2nd April 2025

                  Order ID: OD[protected]

                  Delivery Date: 4th April 2025

                  Promised Installation Date: 5th April 2025

                  Current Status: Installation not completed as of 7th April 2025

                  Despite multiple complaints made to Flipkart and the installation partner (Jeeves), the installation has not been completed. Each time I was told it would be resolved "within 48 hours" — this has happened three times now, and no action has been taken.

                  The technicians assigned:

                  Did not call or visit on the promised date.

                  Ignored my repeated phone calls.

                  Refused service when contacted on later dates.

                  This conduct is not only highly unprofessional but also amounts to deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and has caused me significant mental harassment, loss of time, and financial inconvenience. I have waited at home for three full days expecting the installation service, which has disrupted my work and personal schedule.

                  Relief Sought:
                  Immediate installation of the AC without any further delay.

                  Monetary compensation for the inconvenience, loss of time, and mental stress endured.

                  Strict action against Flipkart and Jeeves for providing false assurances and failing to deliver paid services.

                  I urge the Consumer Forum to take cognizance of this matter and initiate appropriate proceedings.

                    I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my return request for an order placed on Flipkart.

                    Return Requested On: 12.03.2025 (as per return policy)
                    Return Approved By Flipkart: Yes
                    Product Couriered To Warehouse: 30.03.2025
                    Warehouse Location: Bhiwandi
                    Despite the return being approved, no one visited my address for pickup even after the scheduled date passed. Upon contacting customer care, I was advised via email to send the product directly to Flipkart's Bhiwandi warehouse, which I did on 30.03.2025.
                    To my disappointment, the warehouse has not accepted the returned item, and my refund remains stuck as a result. Every time I speak to customer support, I receive inconsistent and conflicting responses, and the matter remains unresolved.
                    I have followed all instructions from Flipkart’s end and have even borne the cost and effort to ship the item myself, but the return/refund process has failed on Flipkart's part.
                    I request the following:
                    Immediate acceptance of the returned product by the warehouse.
                    Full refund of the order amount to my original payment method.
                    Reimbursement of courier charges incurred due to failed pickup.

                    I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest. I am attaching proof of courier dispatch and previous communication for your reference.

                        They have blocked my account without any reason, also if there is any reason they should convey to me via sms or email, but no directly they blocked my account and despite raising multiple complaints i didn't get any resolution

                            Dear sir,
                            I have placed an order for plastic containers and due to wrong delivery and missing of the products, i have raised a request for cancellation the order and refund the amount to me vide complaint no. IN250317142126284667501 DT: 17.3.25 at 2.21 pm. This number was also given to me after several discussions.
                            However till now I am not aware that whether my concern amount was refunded or not, if not why it was not refuneded and if refunded kindly provide me the UTR details.
                            Further due to this type of nonsense services your flip cart is getting blamed and loosing the faith by the customers. Try to get it improve in all aspects.

                              Cannot avail warranty and also cannot connect with support.

                              I purchased a MacBook M1 last year during the end-of-year sale. A few days ago, I had an accident that caused some damage to the laptop's monitor.                               I am writing to register a complaint against Omnitech, a seller on Flipkart, regarding the non-delivery of an air conditioner (AC) I purchased from their platform.

                              Order Details:

                              - Order Date: 15th March 2025
                              -Order ID: OD[protected]
                              - Product: 1.5 Ton 5-Star Marq by flipkart Air Conditioner
                              - Order Amount: ₹30, 746
                              - Expected Delivery Date: 17th March 2025 (as mentioned on the website)

                              Issue:

                              Despite the expected delivery date, the seller failed to deliver the product on time. Without my consent, they changed the delivery date to 22nd March 2025. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver the product again on the revised date.

                              To make matters worse, the seller is now refusing to cancel my order or provide a refund. Despite numerous attempts, they have not responded or taken any action to resolve this issue.

                              I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and take necessary actions against Omnitech and Flipkart to:

                              1. Direct the seller to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
                              2. Compensate me for the mental harassment and distress caused by their negligence.
                              3. Take appropriate action against the seller for violating consumer rights.

                                The Senior HOD of Flikpart, who outsourced their business to Shope, is the recipient of this email. I am quite frustrated with their call center representative and system, which is why I am writing this email. I've been complaining about product and refund issues for the past 15 days after placing a couple orders through the Shope app. Either they lack a procedure or a solution. Also they have removed the order history details for which payments are still pending. This is clear fraudlence from Flipkart
