I purchased an oppo mobile from Flipkart on 26/09/2024 as my brother mobile is dead they assured it to deliver by 29/09/2024.

On 27/09 I got massage that you will get early delivery today but nobody came to deliver at 11:30 at night I got massage that as per your request we have rescheduled the delivery on 29/09 I waited for 29 also tried calling the delivery guy but nobody picked up and later at night I got massage that your delivery is rescheduled for 2 October 2024 but today on 01 October 2024 i got massage in morning that your product will be delivered today but again delivery guy not picking the so many calls that is how Flipkart is treating old customers I never had a complaint from them before but now I am very frustrated by Flipkart what is the use of buying from Flipkart customer support says something every time your product will be delivered in 24 hours. Really annoying

    Mobile is good but Delivery guy was very rude and he made us wait for 1 hour at 9pm night saying he will reach in 10 min. He first asked me to wait on road then asked me to come to hub and I waited at hub for 1 hour. he sent a guy at 10Pm who is not the wishmaster. He started on checking the old mobile without the package. Package was with the wishmaster and he didn't arrive to hub at all. At 10:30PM wishmaster came and saying he waited for 3 hours for me which is ridiculous and unreasonable. Very pathetic delivery service and wishmasters. The only reason I chose Flipkart is because o[censored]navailability of mobile in other platforms.

        Misleading information while purchasing

        My order id OD[protected] while purchasing the product it has been mentioned that product is on Onsite warranty but later i knew fron Acer official website and confirmed by calling [protected] that actually indeed the product is on Carry in warranty only please return my product attaching all documents.         THIS IS A VERY URGENT MATTER.
        Please resolve this within 5 days.

              Dear Flipkart Team,

              I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase made in error on Flipkart. I accidentally placed an order for a Samsung phone under the "Lowest Token" offer and paid a token price of ₹999, mistakenly believing I could cancel the order if needed.

              Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately tried to cancel the order, but I was informed that the token price of ₹999 is non-refundable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with your customer service, I have not been successful.

              As this was a genuine mistake, I believe it is unreasonable to withhold the token price. I kindly request that the ₹999 token price be refunded, or at least credited to my Flipkart Wallet for future use.

              Please reconsider this situation, as the order was placed unintentionally, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

                Flipkart Fake Refund Promises .

                I had Raised a Query on 26th August that I am unable to use the offer and About my expiry of egv wallet so on 30th August flipkart has Given me Resolution that they are Refunding the whole amount into bank and after that On 4th, 12th, 18th September i have Continuously received mail which says Refund is in Process and For sure it would be done in 72hr and would take 5 business days to reflect into my Bank account .

                Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

                I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the blocking of my Flipkart account on 26/09/2022. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through your customer care, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Each time I contacted customer support, I was informed that the backend team would reach out to me within 48 hours. However, it has been almost two years, and I have yet to receive any communication from the backend team.

                The reason provided for blocking my account was the cancellation of recent orders. However, I only canceled 2 or 3 small items that had not yet been shipped. As a loyal and valuable customer, including being a Flipkart Plus member, I find this action extremely unfair and unjustified.

                Currently, I am forced to use a family member’s account, which is also a Plus premium account. However, there are personal items that I need to order for my safety and respect, which I cannot do comfortably using someone else’s account.

                I kindly request you to unblock my account as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to resolve this issue. Without access to my account, I am unable to use Flipkart comfortably and efficiently.

                Please take immediate action to restore my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

                    I purchased a Lenovo AMD Ryzen 7 Octa Core 7730U (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) V15 G4 Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 Inch, Iron Grey, 1.65 Kg) from Flipkart. After unpacking, I found multiple issues with the laptop, including heating problems, fan noise, display and speaker disturbances. I requested a replacement, but the seller rejected the request. When I contacted Flipkart customer care, they informed me that they have no control over the issue and can only escalate it to the seller. They advised me to convince the seller to approve the replacement, as they could not offer any further assistance.

                    I paid 40K for this product and ended up with a defective item, which has been a waste of both money and time.

                    My suggestion to anyone looking to buy electronic devices on Flipkart is to be cautious. Flipkart acts only as a middleman between the buyer and the seller and does not provide resolution for product issues. It is best to visit an authorized center to check the quality of the product before purchasing.

                        I ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro on 1st September 2024 and received it on 3rd September 2024. After just three days o[censored]sage, I started facing a severe heating issue with the phone, making it uncomfortable and unusable. I reached out to Pixel support, who directed me to Flipkart for the retailer’s contact details. However, Flipkart informed me that this issue must be addressed by the brand.

                        The phone's heating problem is a major functional issue, and I should be able to return it under Flipkart’s policy. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution from both Flipkart and Google. I kindly request immediate assistance in processing a return or exchange, as this issue is affecting my experience with the product.
