[Resolved]  Flipkart — account logged out automatically and not able to set new password by using" forget password"

Hello,
I am facing login issue in flipkart app and website. My account was logged in in flipkart till yesterday 08/05/2019 but today 09/05/2019, i tried to open flipkart app and it is asking me to login, i don't remember my password so i tried to use forgot password option but still i am not able to login as they are saying"password can not be updated". So please tell me what should i do now. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

They have not double checked and just accused me for the things that i have never done. And they were polite until i have my account and after closing my account they were not behaving good with me. Bad experience with flipkart. They have not double checked and just blocked my account based on system report. And they are blaming me for that. They gave me resolution that they will not give my account back. So i have made another complaint after they gave me this resolution of not giving my account back. And today on 12th may i got mail that i can login to my account. They send their customers notification about the new products . But after you buy 1 or more products they just blame that you are reselling their products. I don't understand flipkart..i lost my trust on flipkart. They won't take their customer serious until you take this kind of step by making complaint on consumer complaint forum. Worst experience with flipkart.

They gave me the reason that i have purchased products for reselling but i have never did such kind of activity. I am a normal flipkart customer who just order for himself, family and friends only. And flipkart has refused me to let me log in to my account. They told me that i will never be able to get my account back. So what should i do now. They did wrong, and i can't let them do this. As i have never did such kind of activity. So please help me regarding this to get my account back. Because they told me that they will not give my account back. And i can't let this happen to me as i have not done anything that violates flipkart's policies.
