We have bought marq 1.5 tonne inverter ac in jan 2019, it was working perfectley till april 2019, then it was showing error message 'e6', we have raised complaint (Ticketid 9d18-35568coscpe[protected], after many resheduling some one have came and told that the main board have some trouble. Till date nothing is happened, do we need to file ticket in consumer court for not giving a proper service support?

    I purchased hitachi ac on 19 apr 2019, installation done on 22nd, ac was dead on arrival. Filed complaint with flipkart and they arranged a tech visit from hitachi on 26th. They too confirmed ac needs parts replacement. I wanted a new unit or refund. Flipkart is not processing my request since past 2 week with repeated calls urging them to act. Service request escalations are just moving the deadlines each day but no resolution in sight.

      I ordered an ipad 2018 128gb in a sale on flipkart.com
      I paid rs.27649
      After 48 hours flipkart cancels the order without any prior notification saying the seller cannot deliver it and provides me with ridiculous replies. I was promised that i would get it, but i did not. Even though the seller has ipads for sale he would'nt deliver. The seller name is prime trading

        Sir i had made a purchase on flipkart for an apple ipad 6th generation 128 gb which was on limited offer and order went successfully placed. Even it was giving a delivery date for monday 5th may. All of sudden seller cancelled the order. Order id for the same is: od[protected]
        I have brought this for an special occasion and this irresponsible behavior is not expected from flipkart.

          I ordered a wildcraft laptop bag in flipkart. They sold the bag for ₹1699 rupees. The actual mrp of the bag is ₹1595 rupees. They're cheating customers by showing fake prices in website. And selling for high prices. Please take action on flipkart. They are doing cheating like showing fake prices and giving fake discounts. This is not the right way do business with ethics do not make customers fools.

            I orderd mi band 3 (2 quantity) but received only one that too different watch... And i asked the replacement and they cancelled it and told it as a technical issue... I agrred and asked for a refund... And the flip kart cc people and the back end team told that they have initiated the refund and reflect in my bank account with in 5 days and i called them and they told again 5 days it will reflect due to technical issue the after that i called again they repeated the same thing again 5 days... And the last date was given today... And today if i called they are telling another story that sir you will get the refund for the one product and replacement for the another... And now they are telling still refund have not been issued it will take 2 days... And its a month i am waiting for my refund and now they are telling they will not give my refund and i dont need the product also now. I waited soo long.. Please get me the refund of rupees 3998

Ekart person who came to collect that product rejected telling it is not having brand box. And flipkart customer support executives are not able to provide solution for this and they are not ready to accept the product back. Why customer needs to suffer because of some meaningless policy

                For last 2 months my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
                Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                Entered the code successfully.
                After that it was asking please set a new password.
                Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".
                That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I had ordered a sandisk 64 gb microsd card on 21 april 2019. I received the card on 2nd may 2019.

                      But the card is a clear fake product, sandisk repainted on a used samsung microsd card. You will come to know this when you zoom in to the picture.
                      Plese see the pictures.

                      And the seller who sold this kept changing the names.
                      There is no refund option for this a product.

The message says that you got an mahindra xuv 500 as first price in a lucky draw from flipkart and ask me to pay an amount of rs 8, 600/-. The language the guy who called me speaks hindi says he was calling from flipkart company

                          I have purchased hitachi 1.0 ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 6th april by paying full amount and it was delivered on 20th april - after delivery, i am still waiting for the installation to be done - i have made multiple calls, e-mails, complaints - but no reply from flipkart whatsoever.

                          I am seriously tired and now, i am thinking of approaching customer protection cell and have an official complaint launched against flipkart.

                          I have raised multiple incidents with flipkart helpdesk also - but no reply or no resolution.

                            I tried creating flipkart account with my number but it said account already exists. I tried to reset password but it doesnt work, shows error - unable to process request. Please retry.

                            I am rightful owner of my mobile number and deserve to have an account on that number with flipkart.

                            I have not created an account earlier with flipkart, its my first time so i am looking forward to hold a fresh account with them...

                            The flipkart executive had took the money inr 40999/- and when i asked him to open the product in-front of me for verification of any damage/defective product.

                            Then i found product was damaged, upon which he took only inr 35, 000/- with an assurance that he will deliver the product in next 2 working days.

                            The flipkart customer care and flipkart wishmaster's manager forced me to pay inr 35000/- to save their wishmaster job as he had opened the product packaging breaking/breaching their terms and condition, hence due to humanity i had given him inr 35, 000/-..

                            He confirmed that he will collect remaining payment inr 6000/- during delivery and same confirmation he had given to flipkart senior executive customer care and to his manager over call.

                            Yet till today neither flipkart nor their wish master had delivered the product nor refunded my money. And flipkart is supporting such money frauds via different kind of conspiracy with different customers.

                            The Flipkart reply is fake frivolous bogus and fraudulent. Neither the Flipkart had interacted with me nor the product has been delivered. Flipkart is cheating and doing fraud of money by leaving such fake comments.

                            Flipkart has never delivered the product to me and if delivered then kindly provide his written statement over email so that I can file the Police Complaint of Flipkart fraud of Rs. 35000 google pixel 2 xl (just black, 64 gb) and cheating me knowingly by not delivering the product Google pixel 2 xl (just black, 64 gb) and taking the money.

                              I am flipkart's affiliate from last 3 years and never had any issues with the payment. They have released my payment on the 28th of every month in the past. This time, they didn't release my payment even though i had rs. 5000+ approved commissions before the 28th of april.

                              It is may already. I sent an email to their customer support at [protected]@flipkart.com and haven't heard back yet in 4 days.

                              This is not professional behavior. I am an affiliate of other companies too, and all of them are always ready to serve their affiliates. Being an indian company, flipkart had to show that quality service is really not a thing in india.

                                I placed an order for redmi note 7 pro on 28th april 2019 nearly at 12:00 pm. During payment process after entering otp, my transaction failed but amount of rs.13, 999 was deducted from my bank account. Its 5th day now since the money was deducted and i haven't received any refund. On phonepe i got a notification that money has been credited to my account but there's no any such transaction of money on my account. I haven't even got the official message from my bank of money being credited. I please request you to look into this issue as soon as possible.

                                I got my refund on 7th day after my money was deducted from my bank account. It was not because I submitted complaint here. It worked according to the refund policy which says "Your money will be refunded within 7 working days". If you don't get your money back within 7 days, I suggest you to contact your bank or contact flipkart. But flipkart has the worst customer care serivce i have ever seen.

                                      I have been asking for return of '4 out of 5 products' from this order from last 2-3 months numerous times.
                                      And same had been rejected by flipkart as there is no return policy for the products.

                                      I had been getting 5-10 annoying/harassing calls from flipkart paylater team on daily basis from last 2 months.
                                      I have raised the same concern multiple times to them to get my query to the flipkart seller team.
                                      But still no one from flipkart seller team contacted me to solve the concern genuinely.
                                      Only repeated annoying calls from paylater team are being done. Which i have started blocking now.

                                      Now, from past few weeks i have been getting sms and mail from flipkart stating that i will be served with legal notice.
                                      Flipkart is able to send me legal notice, but however not able to look into my query once.

                                      The query raised:
                                      "following mentioned products (Part of the order) are not as per description.
                                      Size is not as per description. And quality is not at all acceptable.
                                      The rating of the seller and product also justifies this.
                                      To sell products which are fake/unacceptable-quality/not-as-per-description under the tag of 'no return policy' is a way of cheating.
                                      This is a way to fool and harass customers.
                                      This is not expected from a company like flipkart"

                                      2. Wonder world men shapewear
                                      3. Being trendy men shapewear
                                      4. Being trendy men, women shapewear

                                      These products are unused and are still in packed form. I had been asking for a return.
                                      I am agreeing to pay balance due after the return.

                                      Kindly look into this matter seriously.
                                      Expect a call from flipkart team, if and only if they are interested in genuinely solving the issue.

                                      I had been a genuine customer of FLipkart from a very very long time.
                                      And had been using Flipkart Pay Later from a significant time.
                                      And paid all the Pay Later Bills well within time.

                                      Attaching the Flipkart Pay Later statement too.

                                      Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per customer expectation. We have already interacted with the customer and informed that as the product belongs no returns category, the seller shall be unable to accommodate the customer request for the return of the product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
