Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to formally request a review and reinstatement of my Flipkart account, which has recently been blocked. I have been a loyal customer on your platform for more than a decade. Over the years, I have placed numerous orders, including several high-value purchases such as iPhones, ACs, and smartphones.
Given this long-standing association, I was surprised to find my account blocked.
As per the customer care associate, the reason provided was multiple cancellations.For which i have not received any mail. However, after checking, the customer associate also confirmed that I have Not made any cancellations. The claim of multiple returns is truly baseless. Despite assurances that my account would be reactivated within 72 hours, it remains blocked. At no point have I misused the return policy.
In this context, the sudden account block and lack of response to my concerns are both unexpected and disappointing, especially from a platform of Flipkart’s stature.
I kindly request you to review my case thoroughly, considering my long history and genuine usage, and reinstate my account at the earliest. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter promptly. Was this information helpful? |
