I have ordered tommy watch order id OD[protected] on 2nd may and received the product on 6th may and when i opened the flipkart box i saw the box was very very old but that's ok when i open the tommy box i found a local unbranded similar watch inside and immediately, i have raised return request with a reason, and return pickup was also accepted but delivery person denied the pickup for reason product mismatch.

Dear management,
I purchased the product for order I'd is OD[protected]. This product is having size issue. At the next day I request replace the product with different size. The replacement order I'd no is OD[protected]. Delivery date is 7th May. Product is at Gandhinagar hub as per order status. Delivery boy is reached the address but he is says lost my product from his end. Still I didn't get delivery of my replacement order. Please take strict action against delivery boy or ekart logistics. Because the delivery boy is responsible for lost replacement order. Please check this issue and solve asap. Very bad services Flipkart order delivery.

      Flipkart — Delivery not in time

      I was book my mobile on flipkart on the dated is 5 may 2022 now the 12 may 2022 but my mobile is dosent delevierd on that given Time they are give me dates by dates....

      I purchased a levis shirt from
      flipkart and the return request was placed the very next day. The shirt costed me
      around 1600. I didn’t like the shirt quality and size and for that i wanted to return it. But the flipkart team is not ready to pick my order. They are giving one or the other excuses to not
      accept it. I have placed a thousand calls and they are just extending the date. Please ban flipkart as it is purposely trying to fool people.

        Have ordered for Groceries. My order no being OD[protected].I had to pay ₹400 for the order. I did not have change.so I paid ₹500. The executive who came to deliver had only ₹50. The balance ₹50 she said she would come back in the evening & give but till today she has not given me the money. I called up Flipkart several times. But they are ony postponing the dates for resolution. Some of the telephone executives are also behaving nasty at times. One put my phone on hold but didn't come back later and one executive called up but didn't even wait for a second either. The call was disconnected the moment it rang and they are sending me SMS that I was not available. Earier also for one grocery order they did not have change. The executive threatened me to cancel the order but he spoke to his senior and they accepted ₹24 less. The order value was ₹424. The took 400. Even if they adjust that payment now I have to get ₹26 back. I believed Flipkart & gave the money but this is the way they are behaving.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Phones and Accessories
          Site-Flipkart. Seller-Mobiledurbar

          The issue that I have experienced was: Firstly they delivered a phone Mi10t with broken back and scratches, the phone was looking like second hand repaired product, I applied for replacement. I got my replaced product, warranty card, user guide and warranty sticker on back of my phone is missing in replaced product. Seller rating was 1.6 out of 5 . I came to know about this after i placed order, if i knew about this earlier I would have not ordered it.

          It occurred on: 11/05/2022

            I have ordered a pen from flipkart but flipkart sent me an empty box. After that i made a return request. After one day i get a notification that your flipkart account has been blocked. I contacted costumer care they told me that we are working on your problem and your issue will resolve by 24 hours.
            After 24 hours they told that please contact after 48 hours, Then 72 hours later. I have nit received my refund yet ....

            I ordered a shirt by Flipkart through gift card on 30th April and i return the shirt on 7 May, they should have return the money though gift card between 8 may to 10th May but I didn't get my gift card, I talk to flipkart but they are saying that they have credited the gift card to my flipkart account which is not there by the way, i don't understand what to do with it...

              Ordered on 21st April and they have re scheduled my delivery 4-5 times and when iam asking them to cancel still they are not cancelling.
              Even i raised my voice in social media still they are not responding....
