urgent resolution required delayed order fmpp3360432969

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my order with tracking number FMPP[protected].

The order was originally scheduled for delivery on 28th September, then extended to 1st October. However, according to the tracking page, it has been stuck at Thane since 25th September. It is unreasonable that it should take more than five days for a package to move from Thane to Dadar.

unable to change email in flipkart account lost access to registered email

I ordered the Dishwasher but it was not compatible at my house, I raised a return ticket and my return was accepted, I just have to submit the Job Sheet.
