I had purchase EMAMI-BORO PLUS LOTION from flipkart and the date of expiry was mentioned dec- 2024 (ORDER ID: OD[protected] with flipkart).
upon delivery on[protected], the date of expiry on the product is Aug-2024 and due to no cancelation policy, I am unbale to raise a query on their site.
So on the same day[protected] I mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding the issue, because the expiry date is not the same as advertised and I need the SAME PRODUCT WITH THE EXPIRY DATE MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT. but flipkart team has not yet reverted back to me.
Kindly look into the matter.

dissapointing service from flipkart, they themselves delayed to get back, and blamed me for the delay.
My communication via mail is not considered as contacting them, and my issue is NOT resolved.
QUITE DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE.

    Account Blocked due to high returns

    I am a valuable Flipkart Plus Premium customer since years. I shopped many products
    on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October, November and December months of 2022. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects...

    I have purchased some groceries from flipkart on 7th sep the order id is OD[protected] the order was supposed to be deliverd on 8th sep 2023 i waited for extra 2 mode days but the order status was same shipping. I tried contacting customare care number they have escalated my issue and i was supposed to get the resolution before 12 sep 2023 but it didnt happend on 12 sep 2023 i got a call from flipkart department asking me for my bank...

        This issue has been happening since the beginning of this month.

        I had paid my August bills before the bill generation, i.e., on August 31, 2023.

        My Flipkart gift voucher worth 5000 expired just 1 hour ago.. oli was in medical emergency .. so I forgot to use this gift voucher. I contacted Flipkart customer cary they said we cannot extend validity of gift voucher. I need only 1 day I'll use. Please help it's big amount for me.

              Wrong item delivered, return and refund rejected

              My name is priyanka and i have been using flipkart account my mobile number [protected]. I recently ordered a purepet adult dog food 9 kg from flipkart but received a wrong item instead a 1 kg dog biscuits packet. I informed flipkart about my problem and they assured me that i will be helped. So one of the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up.                 I have cancelled a order in flipkart for which payment was done through debit card emi. After cancellation, in flipkart portal, it is showing refunded completed. But still EMI got deducted this month from my account. When I contacted bank, they said once refund happens, EMI gets auto terminated. So flipkart says, it is done but the bank says they haven't received any refund as such .

                  I ordered Groceries worth rs 1430 (total 19 items) from Flipkart on 02/09/2023. It's was about to be delivered on 04/09/2023. It shows out for delivery since then but is undelivered till today dated 12/09/2023. I contacted their delivery partner on 08/09/2023 (number provided by Flipkart itself) and he informed me that the parcel is damaged and will not be delivered. Informed the same to Flipkart but they neither cancelled my order nor refunded yet. I contacted them by emails, calls and chats but they aren't responding properly and keeping my money. I don't have any option to cancel the order at my end and they aren't delivering or cancelling. I need my money back with interest for mental and financial harrasment from them.

                  Flipkart isn't resolving the issue. Their response is just lame. They made two calls, once there was a network issue and another time I was busy. I replied to their mail instantly and even informed the right time to call me but they still called exactly at that time which i told not to. They already know the issue but are not resolving it. Not initiating my refund. Just keeping my money.

                    I ordered something around February 2023 . When I got the product, I don't find it upto the mark, so I returned it.It resulted in a scene that my account is blocked.The reason they told was that there were multiple returns .I tried several times to unblock it through customer support but they are of no use.It will be better if they write we can't return it . I suggested them to make all the orders open box delivery to ensure the customer satisfaction too. So, I want them to either re activate my account or delete all the datas in the account so that I can create a new account with the same number. Help me with it.

                      I placed in order on Flipkart on 12th September 2023 . It was going to be delivered on the very next day but my order was delayed. I gotta call from ekart logistics delivery agent and was asked about my address. I cleared it out. He kept saying it will be delivered on your address the next day as misrouted to the wrong destination. No it's been 2 days i have been taking a day off for my order to arrive, and still there is no response of where my order is.

                        Delaying the delivery and cancelling my product

                        This useless company has this delivery delay issue for quite a few years now. But recently I placed 5 orders in total. 3 in August and 2 in September. I ordered a smart watch and a pair of Bluetooth earbuds in August. They delayed the delivery three times and did not deliver on any of their promised dates. Then they increased the price and cancelled my already shipped product and asked me to place a new order. Which I did but even after paying...

                        I purchased washing machine with order "OD[protected]" in Feb-2022 and
                        Recently, I noticed a problem. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.

                        I have downloaded the invoice from flipkart but invoice doesnt has product information. I connected to customer service but still issue didnt solve.
                        They are also misguiding by marking issue as resolved on their portal.
