Fraud happened with of 399rs, I want my money back....

On[protected] I ordered 2 Adivasi Hair Oils and Adivasi Hai Shampoos
On[protected] My Order got delivered
But I got only 1 Hair Oil and 1 hair Shampoo. These products are also non returnable....

You have reached the maximum units allowed to purchase this items...

I am not able to log in into my Flipkart account since I bought my new phone it's been two years now
Whenever I enter my number it just doesn't give any option of sending OTP
Just says account unverified
And my mail wasn't linked to Flipkart at that time 🙃🙂
I can't even create new account now

I ordered a la roche posay baume cream from flipkart even though it said fplus assured. i checked the contents and compared it with web to find that this cream is inauthentic and it has a weird texture and fragrance even though it says it is fragrance free (another proof of the product being fake). on top of that, it arrived in a damaged box yet they’re not agreeing on replacing or refunding. it is an f plus assured product by the way,...

I have bought one sketchers women sandel which turned out to be of poor quality after 20 days o[censored]sage. As far as I know these brands doesn't make cheap quality product. On contacting customer care of Flipkart they are not giving proper response. They do open the case and without my information close it. They are not answering the phone call and avoiding it intentionally. Please help....

I ordered skechers UK Size shoes worth 2999. The product that was delivered to me were two right foot shoes, one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 2 and one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 3. I received a wrong delivery and want to return the shoes.

I received the delivery yesterday and reached out to the customer support team 4 times so far and have not received any resolution on this.

Before leaving our home, he told me that the machine would turn off automatically, and then I would have to switch off the power supply, but in running condition, the machine was sparked, blasted and smelled...

I am not able to change my account linked mobile number in flipkart. when I am able to login with my registered email Id using OTP, I am not able to change the registered mobile number. I do not have access to mobile number which I changed in 2016 and years after I logged in flipkart and added gift voucher. I was not stopped while adding gift voucher, However when I am using it I am asked for OTP to which I am not able to access.

I purchased many grocery items from them as I do every month. However this month when I ordered I added an extra item which is Gobindo bhog rice which was promised for donation. Of course, when I received the item I sent the sealed rice bag to the concerned place because that's what people do they don't just break the seal and then send. When the concerned place opened the package they saw the bag is full of white worms which was very unhygienic...

Flipkart becoming worst worst service ever day by day. Trust me even after multiple follow ups calling Flipkart customer care they will simply say “product will reach you soon” once it’s cancelled by them with out customer also knowing they will say “sorry for inconvenience, please place the order again you won’t face such issue again”
It’s canceled by seller not by Flipkart, status is clearly...

I am unable to access Flipkart pay later service since I am unable to add my phone number to my account. it shows that the user is already registered when I try to add the number. I had an old account on same platform which I am no more using because the mail id was compromised. I have deactivated the same and started this new account. How can I add my phone number to this new account, so that I can avail all the services....

We placed order for Kenstar 90l dessert air cooler on 27th February and product delivered on next day 28th Feb.
