Flipkart — After sales service

i have purchased lg led tv from flipkart.com. While purchasing tv...the site showed i would get a free instalation.but i was shocked that installation was chargeable. Hence i called flipkart reavrding same. They again promised me that they would give a free installation. But since last 15 to 20 days no flipkart has called me at least 5 times for confirmation but my installation is not done. please help.me.regarding this

Same thing is happening for my Philips TV as well. They gave me service engineer's number and he just posponing the installation date and time. If this is going to happen then better not to purchase consumer products from flipkart. Let them sell china mobiles only.
