    I HAVE BOUGHT a jacket from flipkart on 29 january i got this jacket on 31 january on cash on delivery but i fully dis satisfied with quality of jacket and it was not same as it showed on wbsite of flipkart than returned it jacket pick has been completed on 7 feb than flipkart gave me17 feb as last date for refund of jacket. After than they are saying that they have been initiated refund in my account almost 5 times every time their neft got failed and they gave me another 5 days for wait this drama of filpkart is running since 7 feb now today 16 march i m suffered a lot by flipkart please help to get back my refund.       Hi, I ordered xiaomi redmi note & I got it on 16th feb, my order ID is OD[protected]. I got problems in making calls, calls cut automatically, echoes of voice etc. I request you to replace my phone immediately as making calls is the basic work of any phone.

      ​Spoke to customer, he claims that while speaking in the phone voice is getting echo an voice is also breaking and he looking for replacement and he have this problem from the staring and he have done phone reset so many times but issue is not resolved. Informed customer will arrange for replacement and issue is resolved. Hence closing the case. ​

          Dear Team, I have already registered my complaint to your customer service, but my problem has not resolved, i do follow all the steps on call by your executives but still i'm facing many issues in my handset since i bought it..fyi I ordered it on 16-02-15, my order ID is OD[protected]. Phone is hanging, unable to call sometime because phone starts hanging, when i listen to music or do call...!! Headset is also defected..as checked by the engineer today whom you sent to resolve the problem... i request you please replace the handset along with its accessories asap.           My problem has resolved now kindly to the needful to me at earliest.
          It was really a horrible surprise for me to know that they are going to
          take 9 days to deliver a product. I bout MotoG mobile and couldn't see the
          expected delivery time because I was in anticipation of 2 to 3 days
          delivery. Flipkart has become a sucker. They sell their loyalty for few
          extra bucks. and they are exploiter by selling exclusive prod. They are the
          new East India Company because by collecting 70 or 140 extra bucks they can
          sell their loyalty. I remember my days in University when we used to stick
          wall posters for flipkart in order to promote an Indian company and the
          result is this. They have become the worst ecommerce website overnight.

                Order OD[protected] and Order OD[protected] ...i ordered a combo of Lenovo G50-70 Laptop as well as a cooling pad from flipkart on 8th March 2015...but recieved a faulty laptop on 9th..I placed a request for replacement on 10th...Flipkart told that replacement is not possible as the retailer does not have the product...in that case they will refund the money...but from last six days Flipkart is wrongly responding giving 1000 excuses and not settling the issue...everytime i call flipkart customer care, they tell that i will get a callback from Flipkart within 24 hrs...6 ...24 hrs have passed, still i dont have the right product or the refund of money...they even escalated my issue to Lenovo but they are also delaying this issue...i would like to take this issue up to the higher authority as i am suffering very much for it...my money is stuck with flipkart...no refund...no replacement...i cant take a new laptop...plz resolve

                Spoke with the cust as cust is saying that he can't able to switch on the laptop so informed to cust that we would not be able to arrange the replacement as the product is not available with the particular seller we will give you the refund.

                        I purchased a pack of 10 LED bulbs on 17 feb 2015, but i got only one bulb, i complaint and they initiated replacement for the product and the parcel delievered was having only one bulb again. Then i filed complaint to customer care and i they delivered parcel which was containing only one bulb again. Then i complaint and they tried to make me fool saying that you ordered one quantity so you got one bulb, then i told then it was pack of 10 bulbs so 1 quantity = 10 bulbs. they said we can refund your money as we cant give you product. I told then you wasted my 2 week in this and i made several calls for replacement, its not that you dont have bulbs, why cant you send me then. If you cant send me bulbs write a letter of apology to me for wasting my time and refund money or send me bulbs. They refuse to apologize. My order Id is OD[protected]

                            This is in reference to the phone SONY xperia T3 which I ordered online from WS RETAIL on flipkart dated feb 25th 2015. At the time of ordering there was a offer with the product of Free Sony Smartband SWR-10 & Premium Case (worth Rs.5990/-& Rs.2490/- repectively). But when I got the order on 27th Feb 2015, the freebies(smartband and Premium case) was missing. on the same day i.e, on 27th feb I raised the complaint on phone to flipkart customer care and they promised that they will provide an alternative solution within 7-10 working days and they closed my claim. I have been waiting but didn't got any call or email from them till now. Please look into the issue as I don't want to accept the product without this offer. Note: I have the latest recording also of the conversation which I had with the flipkart customer care. The complaint number related to this is Return ID: 15760360

                                    I ordered a Chiffon Saree of Rs 2999/- from flipkart on 2nd March which was supposed to be delivered on 13th March, but it was not even shipped by 12th march. I raised the complaint for the delayed delivery. In the action of that the retailer shipped the product in hurry, with the wrong product. Instead of Chiffon Saree which was very classic saree, they delivered me the Georgette Saree whose cost is not even worth Rs 1000/- with totally different design and color. What do the flipkart think that the costumer is a fool, and can be bluffed by this stupid act. I am a regular costumer of Flipkart and have ordered many products from flipkart, but after this incident flipkart has lost its credibility for me. I was supposed to wear that Saree in the event which was going to held on 15th march, now after all this mess, I have to face lot of inconvenience, which is not expected from such a big and famous online shopping site.                                       Hi, I have refund puma flip flops due to size problem and unsatisfaction colour and got my money back to flipkart wallet. Now i want to use this money but getting error. Error:-Wallet payment option is only available for orders where WS Retail is the sole seller. So either you suggest from where i can choose WS retail products to select or transfer my wallet money to Bank Account.Even I cant purchase other product apart from WS Retail product Regards, sai vishwas email id: [protected]@yahoo.com plzzz reply to mail
