Issue Summary: The air fryer has repeatedly stopped working since the day I received it. Here's the timeline:
1. First Issue: The product would not turn on at all. I contacted Pigeon's service center — a technician visited and said there was a loose connection. It worked briefly.
2. Second Issue: Soon after, it started showing E1 error. Another technician visit was arranged and he claimed a circuit wire issue, which he “fixed”.
3. Now Again: The air fryer has stopped working completely. It won’t turn on at all, again.
Despite multiple repairs, the product continues to fail. This clearly indicates a defective unit.
Attempts to Resolve:
Contacted Pigeon customer support multiple times
Contacted Flipkart for refund/replacement, but they keep redirecting me to the brand
Filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 7575438)
Resolution Requested:
