    Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

    I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a highly disturbing incident that occurred today involving one of your delivery personnel.

    At the time of delivery, the individual behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. He stared at me in a very disturbing and vulgar way, and while handing over the parcel, he was repeatedly scratching his private area in an indecent manner. His behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected.

    This is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer and a woman, I have the right to feel safe when interacting with your staff. I am still shaken by the incident and fear what could have happened had the situation escalated further. It is deeply troubling that such individuals are being entrusted with doorstep deliveries, especially at residential addresses.

    Therefore, I strongly urge Flipkart to take immediate and strict action against the concerned delivery person. I also request the following:
    1. That this specific delivery person is never assigned to deliver at my address again.
    2. No deliveries should be made to my address after 7:00 PM, even if it causes a delay in delivery.
    3. Proper background checks and training must be ensured for your delivery personnel, especially when they are assigned to sensitive or residential areas.

    If no strict action is taken on this matter, I will be compelled to take legal action against the company. I truly hope it does not come to that, but I must prioritize my safety and dignity.

      Date of the Incident: 4th May, 2025

      Description:
      I received a SAMSUNG 189 L Direct Cool Single Door Fridge, but the product has an improper installation issue in the back chamber area. Within 10 minutes of delivery, I raised a return request with Flipkart and submitted photos clearly showing the issue.

      The customer support executive acknowledged that the product was not properly installed and assured me that a refund request would be raised. However, shortly afterward, the status of my return request showed as “Return Rejected.”

      Additionally, I have come across multiple complaints online regarding the seller "Akshnav Online", suggesting that they may be selling refurbished products while charging for new ones. Here are some references:

      Flipkart has refused to refund me. Flipkart sells used or repaired products to customers for the price of a new product. When I called within 10 minutes of the product being delivered and informed about the issue, they asked me to request a return and I did that too, but now they are refusing. It seems that Flipkart is cheating the customers. Please help me.

        Not delivering the products on time and mentioning that customer has asked to deliver after two or three days without consent. These guys are cheating in collaboration with flipkart by delivering too late and not taking responsibility.
        We cannot reach them as well since flipkart doesn't give their number and protect them. Each day the delivery date changes and whenever they want to deliver they will. Even if its a week after their assured delivery date we cannot do anything. All they say is there is some logistics issue and we will never know when it will be delivered since the date changes everyday.

            Since the product was delivered and had faced improper instalation at first since the installation, there is leakage and earthing problem but the technician is not able to resolve the same so far.

            also they were rude in handling our complaint and misbehaved at our premises and were fooling us and no correct work has been done since 3 visists .Refusing to replace the bad product.

            Its is constantly causing earthing at our premises dangerous for our life, hence want replacement.

              I received a call on 21 feb 2025. they said that the are from icici bank. They said that I have some unredeemed points in my credit card and told me to fill my details on a website. After filling the details, my credit card for charged with 81240. I immediately informed the bank about the fraud. I also informed flipkart where the transaction was done. I told them to not deliver order as this was a fraudulent transaction. I also registered complaint on cyber cell 1930. Inspite of all this icici bank charges my credit card on 18 april 2025 and told me to pay the amount.

                Deeply unprofessional and fraudulent experience I have had with Flipkart in connection to Order ID OD[protected].

                I placed an order for a dining set on 9th February 2024, with an assured delivery by 21st February. After multiple follow-ups, the product was finally delivered on 28th February, a week late—and severely damaged. The table was completely broken, and two chairs were slightly cracked.

                To add insult to injury, the product delivered is materially different from what was advertised. The table top, advertised as Sheesham wood, is in fact made of a low-grade hardboard or some form of engineered wood that has just split apart—a clear case of false advertising and consumer fraud. Plus it has termites already

                Following this, I raised a replacement request and was promised delivery by 24th March. Instead, on 25th March, I was falsely informed that the order had already been delivered on the 21st—an outright lie. Since then, I have faced continuous harassment by both Flipkart and the seller.

                The seller kept assuring me for two weeks that the replacement was on its way and has now completely stopped responding to my calls.

                Flipkart's customer service has been equally negligent. Despite my repeated calls and Complaint ID IN[protected], I’ve received nothing but empty promises. I have uploaded all pics and evidences that were requested as well. A supervisor finally told me that a technician visit was scheduled for 17th April, after which a refund would be processed. No technician ever showed up, and the case was closed without my consent.
                After sending email to ceo lodging complaint I have started getting calls every 48 hrs with no resolution. I amnow being told to return the product and after that replacement will be provided. I am scared they will take the product and fleece me of 20 thousand rupees with no product in hand. Please help.

                    Flipkart is India’s biggest e-commerce platform but sadly, there’s NO way to contact them! I have been using Flipkart for 6 years.
                    I bought a cycle on Dec 3, 2024, using Flipkart EMI (6 months tenure). Paid 5 EMIs, 1 last due next month (as shown in the app).
                    Still, IDFC First Bank says my EMI is overdue by 11 days and reported to Credit Bureau!
                    I took EMI to build my credit score, now it’s getting damaged.
                    Flipkart has NO helpline for such serious issues!

                      I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue regarding my purchase of a Marq by Flipkart Air Conditioner, Order ID OD[protected]. Despite it being over 21 days, no action has been taken to resolve this issue—no technician visit, no replacement, and no refund.

                          Flipkart Exchange Scam – Defective Samsung F06 Delivered – Minor Harassed, No Help

                          Complaint Body (copy this):

                          I am a minor who ordered Samsung Galaxy F06 from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected].
                          Their delivery agent failed to follow the open-box delivery policy — he didn’t turn on or verify the new phone, and took my old device without confirmation.

                          The new phone had display defects (white spot and light leakage). I immediately reported it and submitted all proof including photos, invoice, and screenshots. Despite being within the 7-day replacement period, Flipkart is delaying the resolution.

                          I have faced continuous mental harassment for 5–6 days. No clear replies, just false promises. I have filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Case No: 7055903). Still, Flipkart has not helped.

                          I am warning that this is a serious legal matter:

                          I am a minor being ignored and harassed

                          Flipkart is liable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IPC Sections 406, 420, 509, 75

                          I demand immediate replacement of the defective phone or return of my original device within 24 hours. Otherwise, I will escalate this to consumer court with full legal action and social exposure.

                            I have purchased Thomson Top load Washing machine from Flipkart. Order ID OD[protected] Order Date 09/06/2024. Washing Machine has not drain water and not working properly. I have written e-mailed about this problem to concern customer care. Company has send technician but he is not repaired washing machines and problem not solved.
                            Then I have written again email but company not sent technician yet. More than one month ahead washing Machine not repaired.

                              I have placed an order and it was confirmed on same date april 18.
                              product was out for deliverry on april 22.

                              but the product was cancelled automatically without my consent.

                              i made call to customer support and they said "sorry, your order was cancelled due to logistical issues and reorder it again".

                              but the price of the product was increased.

                              i will be happy if i can get coupon/discount on the same product so that i can reorder .

                                My order, originally scheduled for delivery by 14th April 2025, is now 5 days overdue and remains undelivered as of today, 20th April 2025. I have contacted your customer service team 3 to 4 times, yet have received no clear update, resolution. Every time I called, they mentioned that delivery will be made within 24hrs. But still I didn't get delivery.

                                This lack of accountability and breakdown in communication is deeply concerning. It reflects poorly on both your logistical reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. At this point, I am formally requesting an immediate escalation of this matter, a clear status update, and a definitive resolution timeline.

                                Additionally, please inform me of any compensation policies or remedial actions your organization offers in such cases of service failure and customer experience breach.
