COMPLAINT AGAINST G K TOWER & FLIPCART

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered for three(3) Numbers of STUDY TOWERS to Flipkart by paying Rs. 540/-
These ordered items /Towers would have sold /supplied by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA .
A packet sold by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA was delivered by E-Kart Logistics on 03.08.2024 to me .While opening of the same packet, it was revealed that only one Tower was supplied by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA and delivered by E-Kart deceiving me in this order. It was also revealed that the details of items mentioned on Packet was 3 (three) but packaging was done for only one item of study tower.

In this connection I am complaining against FLIPKART / G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA to look into the matter seriously and arrange to make available /send two more numbers of Study Towers immediately ( as ordered).

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the inordinate delay in the delivery of my order, Motorola Edge 50 Fusion (Marshmallow Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM), with order number IN[protected].
      The order was placed on 21st July with a promised delivery date of 2nd August. Despite this assurance, the delivery date has now been arbitrarily changed to 7th August. This unexpected delay is causing immense inconvenience as I have an urgent need for this product.
      It is highly unacceptable that an order placed almost two weeks ago has not yet been delivered, especially when it has been showing as "reached the closest delivery hub" for the past 3-4 days. I have already paid in full for this product and expect it to be delivered without further delay.
      I request you to prioritize the delivery of my order and ensure that it reaches me by today or tomorrow at the latest.
      I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

        I ordered mobile phone from flipkart on 22nd which was supposed to be delivered on 24th july vai their express delivery i am waiting for my delivery since then, i have registered complaint to their customer care multiple times there has been no positive response they are just moving the date today i s 30th still no sign of my product.
        Product was picked up from thane mumbai and was to be delivered to Andheri (E) its hardly 1-2 hour journey in full traffic.

          Thomson washing machine

          I’ve bought an Thomson washing machine from Flipkart on 12th July and it was installed by Jeeves on 14th July. But we received a defective machine as the water fills continuously even if the tub is full and drains from drain line.             Dear team, on 21/06/24 i ordered a longway reo 550 mixer from flipkart .on 2/07/24 they delivered it to me . order id -OD[protected].
            after using it very first time it was creating mixer is getting hear. so i raised return of the article because it was under return period.
            in next 2-3 days no one came to collect the return parcel so i made call to customer care. they assured that before 05/07/24 the person will come and return the mixer. Still no one came and the automatically cancel the return.
            Again i call to customer care so they are saying that i cancelled the return.
            very poor working by flipkart now i uninstall the flipkart.

              I have purchased Melbon MB 4G LTE Plug and Play sim Insert WiFi Dongle. I am very much disappointed with the Product, it disconnects very frequently and slow in performance. Hence I want replacement of the device. I have asked Supplier to do a replacement with Airtel e3372h-607 Data card (White). And I am ready to pay the different amount.

                Delivery agent not picking up calls

                Flipkart delivery agent tried calling me once, and I was unreachable. I received an sms saying I was unreachable and I should him back. I tried calling over 20 times. However, He is not picking up the call. Pathetic experience. I needed the product today, Since I wouldn't be home tomorrow, but these people have no regard for us....

                Its now 7 days now with now solution and all they diconnect the call / chat and send me just canned email .

                  I ordered infinix gt 20 pro on 23-june*-2024, delivered on 24-june-2024, on delivered mobile has heating issue & hanging issues. That why i contacted flipkart for replacement but flipkart told its a 7 days service center replacement, if brand not helped means contact again we will help tol to me, i visted brand service center but they denied to service my mobile, and they given the job sheet, then contacted flipkart and uploaded that jobsheet, but still flipkart not helping

                    This is to inform you that I have ordered PROVOGUE
                    Large 35 L Laptop Backpack unisex Spacy with rain cover and reflective strip (Black).
                    I have received the damaged bag which I have requested for replacement. But again I got more defective piece.
                    Then I have requested for refund. I got the refund as "Gift Card'.

                        I was booking a flight from Lko to Bom for 4th Nov.
                        The payment was done but no booking done.
                        I was redirected to the home page and resulted in no booking done,
                        The amount was above average, and I couldn't find any suitable response from Flipkart's helpdesk.
                        This is highly disappointing.
                        If the ticket is booked, please confirm, otherwise atleast confirm the refund status so that I could look for other options.

                          I ordered the geyser on 1st july, the promised date was 3rd July and i waited till 3rd July and product didn't reached to me. i raised a complaint and i was told that it will be delivered till 5th. it got to nearest hub on 4th but still no delivery attempt was made till 5th. again another complaint was made on 5th saying it will be delivered soon and today's 7th and I'm still waiting for an update. i contacted the customer support multiple times they are saying it's logistics mistake sometimes seller mistake and they even admitted they don't have any control over their logistics whatsoever. Safer side i ordered same product on 5th and promise date was 7th. this second order is also in nearest hub since morning but still no delivery attempt is made till 2 pm. I'm waiting till 3 pm then i will raise this whole concern with consumer forum because even after being a premium plus customer i lost all hopes in Flipkart and it's customer support.
