Flipkart — Airlines Ticket Refund I Flipkart | Booking ID FF[protected], Travel date 06.01.2021, Booking Date: 25.11.2020

Hi,
My name is Priyabrata Ghosh Roy Chowdhury. While booking flight tickets from Kolkata to Chennai through Flipkart for 5 passengers(includes 1 infant, Booking ID FF[protected], Travel date 06.01.2021, Booking Date: 25.11.2020), by mistake I booked tickets from Cennai to Kolkata for the same day (6th Jan 2021). However the moment the ticket got generated ( within 10 minutes of booking the tuckers) I realised ed it was a mistake and I called Air India. Air India told me not to worry since I as per their policy 100% cancellation refund is provided if within 24hrs the customer cancels the tickets. And since all their booking agents are well aware about their cancellation policies, I was told to talk to the Flipkart team. And they if cancels it within 24 hrs, I will get all my money back ( Rs15, 000 +) without any deductions. I called Flipkart team within 45 minutes and shared all necessary information provided by AirIndia. Flipkart registered my complaint and assured me that I will get my money back. I also told them repeatedly to communicate everything to me via my new email id or old or new mobile number as the email id associated with the account was not working and they accepted it. Since then I gave them 30 + phone calls and 25+ mails. I was always told within next 24 to 48 hrs it will get resolved and now almost 60 days are over and still I am waiting for my 100% refund. Almost 30 days after I booked the wrong tickets I got a mail asking me for written proof from AirIndia confirming they have a refund policy and I was told to submit the same within 24 hrs . I spoke to Air India and they were amazed since Flipkart already knows about this policy because they are Air India's booking partners. Still they maild me their policy details and I forwarded the same to Flipkart.
It was a complete mistake from my end while booking the tickets as the same set of passengers on the same day flew from Kolkata to Chennai and I can provide the tickets to you if required.
I still have not received my refund and therefore requesting Flipkart not to delay the refund process any further and give my hard earned money back. I need 100% refund.
