Date of the Incident: 4th May, 2025 Description: I received a SAMSUNG 189 L Direct Cool Single Door Fridge, but the product has an improper installation issue in the back chamber area. Within 10 minutes of delivery, I raised a return request with Flipkart and submitted photos clearly showing the issue. The customer support executive acknowledged that the product was not properly installed and assured me that a refund request would be raised. However, shortly afterward, the status of my return request showed as “Return Rejected.” Additionally, I have come across multiple complaints online regarding the seller "Akshnav Online", suggesting that they may be selling refurbished products while charging for new ones. Flipkart sells used or repaired products to customers for the price of a new product. When I called within 10 minutes of the product being delivered and informed about the issue, they asked me to request a return and I did that too, but now they are refusing. It seems that Flipkart is cheating the customers. Please help me.
