I have ordered a smartphone(POCO M2Pro) on October 20th and the estimated delivery date was 30th October. I waited till that day and item seem to be shipped to Aluva Ekart hub. But I didn't hear anything from them till 2nd November and I called the consumer service. They informed me that the delivery agent has some difficulty in delivering my item at my Pincode(683562) so they are about to cancel the order. I said they need to show during booking whether delivery is available at the Pincode or not. Finally, the lady at the consumer support centre told me that they have escalated the issue and resolve it on or before Nov 6th. On Nov 5th I got a message saying the order has been cancelled(see screenshot).
Again, On 22nd November I ordered the same item but the seller was different(Vision Star). It was estimated to deliver on 26th Nov, and it has reached Aluva hub on 24th Nov. But no update has given to me and Status has not been changed to Out for delivery. I contacted the customer centre and asked whether I can collect the item from there. They told- I can but they can share the address only tomorrow.
I am purely disappointed with the bad courier service partner of Flipkart.
