I was earning good money from Flipkart Affiliate in the 2016 to 1027 period. But later it went down due to some personal reasons. Recently I started everything again and trying to get back.
From May to October the total earnings was 27000.
On November first week I updated my bank account details, but they didn't verify it that month, so I dint get payment. by that time, account approved was around 12K.
I was supposed to receive that money this month.
After an Email they verified my new bank details and the account is now "verified". Usual payment date was 28th, but I didn't get payment on 28th.
But for every email they are giving the same response - "Your payment is on hold with the finance team, It will be processed shortly. We will let you know once your payment is processed. "Without any reason ?
It is not easy to earn this much from Flipkart or any other affiliates!
I dont know why they are hurting my trust on them.

We will revert on it.
One month passed since the incident. Still no payment. I usually get payment on 28th of every month, today is 31. I have been contacting them multiple times via Email, one Email said I will only receive payment next month - without any reason. Other Emails said "You payment is being processed and you will receive it by the first week of next month." But they did not processed the payment yet.
Account is verified and even the Non-GST Declaration form is approved. There is nothing pending still they like to hold the payment.
This money is very important for me this month, I dont know why flipkart is showing this unprofessional practice to me!

    I placed an order of samsung galaxy A21s on 18th December 2020 and make a online payment it shows that my product delivered me by 25th December 2020 but unfortunately my product not delivered on 25th when i complained flipkart about this then they told me to some uncertainty there is delay in your product delivery and we deliver this to you by 31st December 2020 for sure. But now today on 31st they mail me to cancel the order now what kind of service is this i doubt, i sold my old phone in between this and now i gone through lots off. Now who is responsible for my losses and my phone i sold my old phone and don't get new thankfully to the flipkart!!!
    So i want to take an action against this

      I am being harassed at the hands of flipkart for my Order ID: OD[protected].
      You can find attached the “10d return policy” of product & 3 rejected return IDs. There is no requirement for personal ID for return.

      In my 3 long RECORDED calls and an email (also attached) I have continuously been told that “if I don’t give personal ID, product won’t be returned”. I have recorded call too. It is illegal to ask me for my ID AFTER my purchase. If I had been provided this information beforehand, I would have not placed the order. I want my return to be processed without ID requirements.

      The issue has still not been resolved. it is above 2 weeks!
      Now they have cancelled my return request for the fifth time and despite having mentioned in the conversation with customer care, they have not extended the duration of return even though the delay has been caused by them due to coercing of customers to give personal ID. So now not only have they harassed me by asking illegally to show my ID, they have also closed my chances of return
      The issue has still not been resolved. The order has still not been returned and my money is being wasted.

            I bought a laptop from Flipkart on Nov 25 2020 . It cost ₹32990 . Due to some issues I wanted to return the laptop . But then I had to wait for the technician visit . But no technician came and I had to wait for two weeks and finally they took the laptop . Then the seller initiated the payment the very same day . It started on 14th December . And then I had to wait till 24 th as the deadline for money to be credited to my account.
            But then it didn't happen . I sent them my bank statement via email and they told me to wait till jan 1 to have the problem resolved. I also contacted the bank and they told me that the money has not been credited and to contact Flipkart for the same .
            I waited for a few days . And then they extend the date to jan 5 . Then again they extend the date to jan 6. And each passing day the deadline keeps increasing . At first they told me that the issue will be solved within jan 1 . And it kept on increasing. Now it's jan 7.
            I have waited for nearly a month and I don't have a laptop with me because Flipkart keeps playing with my money like this . I think the transaction failed from the seller end . I don't understand why Flipkart treats it's customers like this .

                I contacted multiple times i didnt receive the refund for this order and i contacted but they said we have credited the refund please check with your bank but i contacted my bank also with the reference number but they said the amount is not credited and 1 month already over

                  Finally on 3rd Jan 2021, #socialemedia team came into the pictures and committed me that your order will be packed and shipped on 06th Jan 2021 you will receive your product maximum by 9th of Jan 2021 but today on 11 Jan 2021, I am again sitting on the same situation.



                  What is happening here guys have raised the issue on #socialemedia still no one is bothering, I seriously fail to understand the challenge you people are facing while resolving the issues.



                  At Least provide some contact details wherein I can speak to some for any kinda update as there is no update on your customer care numbers...



                  #AND FOR GOD SAKE PLEASE PROVIDE A SINGLE PERSON TO TALK TO. HOW MANY TIMES I NEED TO EXPLAIN EACH AND EVERY THING TO EACH ONE OF YOUR EXECUTIVES...

                    I ordered a laptop [ ORDER ID : OD[protected]] in an offer price on 22th october.

                    after my order The next day i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled''

                    Reason : since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled

                    but the truth is the product is not oos at the time it was in stock but flipkart cheated me

                    After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue .

                    Now the product price increased so you will resend the product or tell me a solution to get my product in same price

                      I've ordered on Flipkart supermart on 26.12.2020 order id OD[protected]. I paid via upi 1250 but the next day the order got cancelled. From then I'm contacting the customer service but no response. They're repeatedly telling me that my id is deactivated and not letting know about the refund status. I came up to the forum for a resolution please help.

                        On Dec 28th I have ordered a Acer Laptop worth RS.55890/- and paid the amount fully through Debit card.After sometimes we cancelled the order and the message in Flipkart showing as refund completed and when I contacted their customer care they are saying that refund is completed from seller it need to complete some bank procedure's.so I contacted the bank and asked them about this.Then bank associates respond as it's an automatic process nothing need to be done by Bank.So I want the refund from retailnet seller or Flipkart.Kindly help.

                            I have Ordered A Smartphone Poco M2 Pro From Seller "vision star" with Prepaid Payment From MGB Debit Card On 17/Dec/2020 and i have faced 2 problems but still not solved it...

                                Dear Sir / Madam,
                                I would like to submit a complaint against flipkart regarding amount refunding. I have order Realme 7i (Fusion Blue, 64 GB) on[protected]Monday), and I paid too. After some moment seller itself cancelled the order, and amount is not refunded till now. I contacted flipkart customer service for registering a complaint they asked me to forward my account statement to the mail id which they are providing but still I didn't receive any mail id from their side. So, again I contacted them for mail id, for that they said I can complaint through flipkart application, but in application I could not find any option for sending this attachment. And waiting for the refund yet.
                                Kindly find a solution for this matter as soon as possible. It's my humble request. Please do it needfully.

                                  I tried contacting to flifkart coustomer care but they don't respond me, and resolve my issue.
                                  As u provide me the resolution i, e i am done unusual lots of return, of my issue is totally wrong i am not satisfied with your resolution regarding to my complaint.
                                  First thing when we have problems regarding to produt such as ( size issue, colour and different product, etc ..) then we placed the return request for that product . And as u say there is high number of returns then u check to my account that i buy lots of thing not return all the products, from account .
                                  Then your team is not fulfill customer return request, then why you make such type of nonsense return policies, from your side provide such policy then coustomer have problems then obviously they palced return request for that product they have issues .
                                  I want my account active, beacuse there is lots of supercoins and gift card you want to block my account blocked it happily, but i want my money (2234), and supercoins back from my account then you block it happily .
                                  Let me know you that i am flifkart plus member, and i want the best resolution according to my complaint .

                                    I have place the order on 25th December 2020, today i.e. 29th December was my estimated delivery but the product is not even shipped yet.

                                    Product price is extremely high and the customer care representative are not at all helping. Please help. I just want my delivery

                                        I am a plus member so far on Flipkart but today my trust has shaken. Ordered a Biotique Green Apple shampoo and received today. As soon as I opened it, I was shocked.

                                        The shampoo bottle is already used around 50% and there are fingerprints and wet dust all over. Came from somebody's bathroom.

                                        The SELLER was Supercomnet(Flipkart itself)

                                        Terrible way to treat Plus customers.
