[Resolved] Flipkart — am received wrong brand product | |||
Actually i order sony bravia tv 43 inch. But bluedart was delivered to me sanyo company product tv. I request to flipkart for exchange and give me correct product. They are given promise date 9th april 2018 for pickup. And deliver correct product should be deliver by 21st april. But still now flipkart company is extended date for pickup. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had informed that he has received different brand. Seller initiated replacement and it was delivered within shared timelines and installation and demo is also completed. Closing the case from our end.
