[Resolved] Flipkart — amount debited & emi started but order not confirmed | |||||
I have ordered the mobile phone on 21st september 2018 with 25% down payment & remaining emi. Both the amount debited from my credit card and as i confirmed with my bank flipkart has received & confirmed the amount on 24th sep'18 and convert it into emi. I have also provided them transaction id & reference no. Of the transactions. Rs.14186 Ref no.:[protected] Trans id: [protected] & Rs.5310 (Down payment) Ref no.:[protected] Trans id: [protected] But my order id is not yet generated after 6 days and the executives have no information regarding the same. They told me to resolve the issue on 25th sep till 9 pm, then said 26th sep 9 pm and now it is 27th sep and i have no update from flipkart. Mail is getting bounced and everytime new executives pick up the call and i have to tell them whole story from the beginning. I request either refund or deliver the product i have ordered.
