[Resolved]  Flipkart — Amount debited from account but order was not placed and refund not credited

I have tried to book mobile phone in flash sale at flipkart on 8th Aug 2020 . order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 8 days it will refund back.
mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with google pay credit receipt, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

But after 8th day they are replied as order number not traced and write with register email id.

if order is not placed how i can give them order number

I have never get such treatment with other site like amazon.

i am completely unhappy with the way they are handling the customer complaint.
Please refer below transaction details

Acct XXX790 debited with INR11999.00 on 08-Aug-20 and [protected]@indus credited.Info:UPI[protected].Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 790 to [protected]

Based on input from flipkart, i have again contacted icici bank and Google pay according to them amount is credited to flipkart ( Credit Note Attached ), .
Google pay suggested to fill transaction dispute form

All evidences clearly shows amount credited to flipkart account

Kindly resolve this issue on priority

do not mark status as concern resolved because customer not yet get amount back As suggested by you, Today visited at bank to raise concern of transaction dispute but bank not allowing me to raise concern as transaction was happened and transaction ID generated, which means it clearly shows amount is credited to seller (. I am the sufferer, so I have to take pain and again write to flipkart . Now again check at your records and deposit my amount back Thanks Rajesh

As suggested by you, I have logged dispute of transaction at ICICI Bank’s grievance cell

ICICI Bank grievance cell cross checked all details and resolved the issue by giving evidence, with reply as this transaction was happened and amount is credited to seller as recommended.

Ref below statement given by ICICI Bank grievance cell along with flipkart account number where amount credited ( ref email attached ).

We regret the inconvenience caused.
With reference to your mail, we wish to inform you that your transaction of Rs. 11999 is successfully credited to the beneficiary account vide RRN no[protected].

Now it is very crestal clear that amount is credited to flip kart as per ICICI bank and Google Pay

Hi,
Mr. Tejas Palkar, Prachi Vijayrao, Mr Pratik Kamble

As per your requirement, I have provided all the poof of transaction, it was evident that flipkart received the amount 11999/-.
Today is 18th day, still I have not received amount back to my account.
This delay creating mental stress on me, if any thing happened wrong flipkart is only responsible for that.

Kindly deposit amount back in my account
