I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

    This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

    Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

    Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

      Dear team, @flipkart please find below the timeline of events which occurred. This is an example of how customer care is just a lipservice to a company like flipkart. As product delivery of flipkart was not available at my hometown. I had to order it to my friends place which in another city. So i ordered a acer aspire 7 laptop on 6august 12.00am and was searching an option for keeping different billing address but same delivery address (I. E. Of my friend) but couldn't find it so i simply thought it is possible that such issue are being solved by customer executive. And i raised complaint regarding this on 12:24am on the same day itself. But didn't get any response from flipkart. So i tried scheduling call from executives from app but of no use, also tried mailing them, no use. Then tried by myself calling them but it's always shown all executives are busy and told to call them later.[is this your service? ].
      I kept trying to change my billing address before it gets shipped but nobody responded to me. Then 2 days later on 8th august package got delivered to my friend. And i am still trying to change billing name and address on my name. I think flipkart should solve this general issue. I want to clear hereby that i don't need it to claim itr but for personal use only. Today is 9th august and haven't unboxed the product but i don't want to cancel/return the order only want to change invoice billing address. I don't any issue with delivery address. Please look into the matter. (I am unable to reach you) it be helpful if you keep any customer support mail id which is in no longer available else be responsive enough to let your customers reach out to you).

      Okay so i was able to call flipkart on 9th Aug, I talked to them and i have been told that issue will be resolved on or before 11th August 2020.
      On 11th August i again got email that issue will take time to resolve on or before 12 but now today on 13th August issue is still not resolved and flipkart has mail me that it will be resolved by 15th august which the same day when the return period for the product is going to over. So i think Flipkart team is only trying to push the complaint till the period is over so that i cant do anything.
      The issue is still not escalated .
      I here by clearly stating to Flipkart that if you try to fraud with me or any kind of postponing complaints i will surely take LEGAL Action against you.
      I again want to clear my moto that I don't want to claim ITR but only want invoice on my name because the product is mine.
      And no customer support has been received to me via this customer forum. I haven't received any calls from them instead i have called them

          This is my order number of flipkart

          I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

          The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

          This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

          Please take this back all and refund my money back

          And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

          I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

          And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation

          I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

          I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

          And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

                      On 7th june i order livpure split ac. At that moment it was no where mention that installation charges will be applicable. After going throught the product page several time ordered tha same. On 9th june recieved the same.
                      Unfortunately when service engineer came to install the same they demanded for 1599.00 for installation. I had no other option then getting it installed because it was mention that if ac is indtalled other than flipkart than return will not be entertained (In case need be). Above all when i offered my own stand to hang outdoor unit they demended for more amount
                      On my order page nowhere it is mentioned that installation is chargeable and nowhere amount is mentioned. I have snaphot of my order page.
                      Customercare care wants me to assume it is chargeable without mentioning the amount of installation to be charged.
                      Now they have updated the page and forcefully want to resolve the issue.

                      These people are forcefully trying to resolve the issue.
                      They admit that there is nowhere mentioned that sevice is chargeable and about amount to be charged.
                      But they can't do anything.

                        Sir i've made purchase of marq by flipkart 6.5 kg with twin shower technology fully automatic top load grey (Mqtld65w) - order no. Od[protected] – on[protected], booked under cash on delivery. The delivery persons got the product and made call[protected] as you've to get the product from the area which is located 10km far from the mentioned delivery address, if you won’t come right now the product will be taken back and you may cancel the order like with a rude behavior. I made a complaint regarding this issue to the flipkart people, they raised a complaint, but today[protected] i received a message your order being cancelled. If they don't want to make delivery to the provided location why they showing delivery to the location availability in the site while i made purchase. Without my permission and proper reason how can they cancel my order? I want my order at the specified location.

                          Hi team,

                          I have ordered 3 carrier acs in flipkart and due to delay in delivery, i have cancelled the order on 23rd july 2020.
                          It has been almost 16 days since i have cancelled my order, till now i have not got my amount rs.84620 refund.
                          It is still been pending for cancellation for installation request. I have called almost 20 times for customer care, every time they give the same update and it is of no use.
                          My hdfc emi is going to start in next 2 days for this cancelled order, i do not know how to proceed further. Please resolve my request asap.

                            Two years back i created my account on flipkart, and now when i am trying to use gift card it is sending otp to the previous old number which i have no longer access to. And when i try to change my number in the my account section it sends an otp to both the new number as well as the old number.
                            Please help me resolve this issue.

                                I ordered an infinix hot 9 pro mobile from flipkart on 29 july 2020.in the mobile description it said that mobile has fast charging (Approx 3hrs) but the product that i got is taking upto 7 1/2 hours to charge fully and it's draining very fast.

                                I put my 1st return request on[protected] and a technician visited but he didn't solved my issue instead reported that the issue is solved. I contacted flipkart customer care service and told them about the whole situation and requested to replace my order but they didn't solved my issue. I again put my 2nd return request on[protected] and was informed that a technician will visit me on[protected]. Instead i received a message that said the tech visit is completed and my request is denied but in reality no technician visited here.

                                I want my product replacement so i request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                                    My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
